I purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Gwent Car Sales in November. The customer service I received from Dan was professional, fair and extremely reasonable. The car delivered upto Sheffield as described in excellent condition. The car did develop a fault which was paid for under warranty no quibble. I would recommend Gwent Car Sales as their after sales care was great.

A Very reliable and genuine dealer I have been extremely impressed by the service I have received during and after the purchase of a Mercedes E class. When I went to view and test drive the car, I was not put under any pressure to buy. I was given the keys and was able to inspect the vehicle and have a test drive at my leisure. I went ahead with the purchase, there were a few minor issues with the car, however, Shane assured me that these would be put right before I collect the car. Sure enough everything was sorted and I was more than happy with my purchase. It was unfortunate that the engine management light came on when I was driving home after collecting the car. After a phone call, I was again assured that the problem would be fixed. As I agreed that I didn't need a courtesy car, Shane arranged for the car to be collected from my house to carry out the repairs and return it to my house. I now have full confidence in Gwent Car Sales and they certainly live up to the high standards they claim. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Gwent Car Sales to purchase your next car. I have already told my friends the place to go for their next car purchase.

Easy Purchase Shane was great from start to finish. I had a video, photos, service history and description of the car within minutes of making my initial enquiry. This is an honest review not influenced by the trader or anyone else. The car is amazing the after service is fantastic, the aircon on the car became faulty and was repaired swiftly. 4 Stars for when the car was being picked up the person handing over the car was in a bit of a hurry. I appreciate COVID and all but we cannot forever hide under the covid umbrella. All in all I would buy from Gwent Car Sales Again. Thank you Dan you have been amazing.

I purchased a stunning low mileage car from here a month ago deliverd to my house it was a easy and fast presale was great.After a few weeks upon cleaning the outside of the car i noticed a slight bit of damage chrome surounding and foglight not noticeable just by having a glance also the bumper was slightly coming out from the bracket which could be pushed back in but pops out after travel and very little paint bubbling by the arch so basiacally to me the bumper has telltale signs of a sprayed bumper and a knock. So i contacted and explained the problems. I waited a day and rang the next day and messaged but no answer another two days went by with no reply so i decided to write a reveiw like this elsewere and the next day i had a reply giving me a reason why there was no contact for a few days which to me it wouldnt of hurt just to say when theyd get back to me which you never instead of leaving me hanging theres no excuse when i was buying the car i kept you updated and by then they said after the reveiw i wrote that i didnt want theyre help no more even though its not help i was after it was a fix after paying alot of money for a low mileage car youd not expect any minor damage like that.I am in the proccess of sorting this out myself at my own cost as the conversations in messages had given me no faith in what was said and i just wanted a result like the sale was. This is based on customer services after sale which to me is very important to make sure the car is correct afterwards within reason as dealers dont spot everything.Such a simple fix and an easy pleaser gone wrong. I’ve been buying cars from here for some time, in fact I think I’ve bought nearly ten or more, ranging from 3k to 15k over the last 8 or nine years. The most recent one I bought was one they didn’t have so I told Gareth and Dan what I was after and within a week they had one for me to look at. All I can say is what a car they found for me, it ticked all the right boxes and more. Can highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to friends or family. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS.as you know it’s only a mater of months before I’ll be looking for something else😉

We purchased a 2011 fiesta from Gwent car sales, the guys were easy to deal with the car was serviced by them and available for collection next day, the car came with a 3 month warranty which we needed to call on for a steering rack, unfortunately the warranty company were not as helpful, Gwent car sales interviened and got the job done, that's what I call after sales service.
