H. J.As usual I always have a great service with Jaguar. Lisa (Newport) was helpful and explained everything to me. Although I had to put my car back in for work to be done, this was organised very quickly. I am a very happy customer and although I have thought about changing cars intermittently, it is the service that keeps me with Jaguar.

You get asked in these reviews ‘do you feel cared for’ and normally I think ‘they’re just doing their job’ but in the case of Lisa and the folks at Newport Stratstone I do truly feel they care about their customers and the service shows and I do totally feel ‘cared for’

c. n.Always get thro on the phone and very well looked after especially by Louise on the main desk, will be a shame to see her leave. The service here is far better than Cardiff branch which is appalling to say the least.
