A. M.So friendly and helpful, really good vibes. Alan one of the sales managers was so helpful and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Was offered a test drive and encouraged to give the car a good look over. Decided to go check out some other cars in another dealership before I confirmed on the car Motorpod had, not for any other reason than to make absolutely sure that the Mini was the car for me. Alan was really kind about it and didn't make a fuss, let me know that I could ring to put a deposit down if I decided on the car later. Ended up returning that same day and sealing the deal with the car, free 3 month warranty with them and car valet, as well as them ordering a parcel shelf that was missing from the car. Picked the car up two days later and Alan went over all the paper work with me, making sure that I was happy with everything. I was so happy with the service and felt really welcomed, would definitely return again.
