L. S.I came with my wife on a sunny Saturday to buy our car, we met 3 polite gentlemen and the driving test was arranged quickly. Mr. Alan, who sorted out documents, is very professional, there was no pressure from his side and he had time even after the sale to answer our questions without any problems.
Atmosphere in Mazda Newport is excellent and I can highly recommend this car dealer to anyone.
S. H.My Mazda (an old 2010 Mazda 2) had a safety notice for its passenger side airbag, so took it to Newport Mazda to get it fixed. For an issue that didn't cost me anything, the team at Newport Mazda were amazing. They even cleaned and hoovered my car which I wasn't expecting, and I was treated like a valued customer even though I had never been there before.

S. D.I Bought a Mercedes estate from Newport Mazda, and had it delivered. There were some small technical issues with the car, in my view mostly because they couldn’t fully connect as it wasn’t a Mazda, and they didn’t have the correct equipment.
However, sales Manager, Gavin, was extremely helpful and supportive and put right everything that I raised, at their cost. I went to a Mercedes dealer and had the issues diagnosed and they paid for everything the car needed, and very promptly. I have to say that Gavin’s communication was fantastic, responding to my questions very quickly and sometimes on his days off.
I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would absolutely use them again.
I thought they were very fair, and most importantly, they were very honest and did exactly what they said they would.

I was a bit hesitant about buying a car living so far away from Newport but Gav was great and kept me updated with photos and status of the vehicle while it went through its final checks. d. h.Bought my used Mazda 2 from Newport Mazda two years ago. Very pleased with vehicle. Best car I've owned. It's been serviced with Newport Mazda. On my latest service (one week ago) I was told front brake pads needed replacing. I was quoted £185.00 and was asked if I would like them fitted. I declined. Went to a reputable independent garage who will change the pads for £85. I'm very disappointed with Newport Mazda wanting to charge me £185 to change front pads so won't be returning to have any further work or servicing done by them.
