I wanted an L2 H2 van to have converted to a Campervan. Having booked a conversion slot, I was let down by a dealer and searched the internet for other options. Pure Vans offered me a price (£2000 cheaper) on a Citroen Relay with an 8 week delivery date. Ordering through the internet can be quite scary but what clinched it for me was noticing they sponsored Newport County and that gave me the trust to know I was dealing with a genuine company. The van arrived 8 weeks bang on from ordering. Really happy I made the choice to go with Pure Vans

Without a doubt the best service I have had in years. Martyn was a pleasure to deal with, and when unavailable Paul took over and knew all about my needs. The office staff are top quality and very helpful. I am probably not the easiest customer, due to the nature of my work I am unavailable most of the time and generally take a while to reply to messages. Once I made my mind up on the vehicle I needed it only took 3 working days to get things sorted and arrange delivery, some competitors were stating 3 months, and that's when they replied to me. Delivery couldn't have been easier, I was kept informed at all stages, and even after delivery a courtesy call to see how it went and to find out if I was happy with everything. If you're looking to get a new van, stop here and don't waste your time with the competition, honestly I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere. Well done all and don't change a thing.

I purchased three Citroen Berlingo Puretech Petrol vans from Lewis Quinney of Pure Vans. Lewis gave me the most competitive price compared to other dealerships. He delivered the vans in a good timely manner. Other dealerships warned me to stay away from Pure Van's, so I was a little nervous to give them my deposit and then transfer the full amount. Ordered a Citroen Relay from Lewis Quinney. I’d done my research so knew what I wanted, and he made the process totally straight forward. It was the best price I could find, and it arrived today on 9th April after he gave me an estimated delivery date of April/May when I ordered it in early March. I could have had a white one sooner, but because of the colour choice I waited for this one, and was pleasantly surprised when it turned up so soon. It was delivered to my door with just 150 miles on the clock from that one journey from Bristol docks. The exterior of the van is reasonably dirty, but it has no damage whatsoever. I suppose if I’d have paid £4K more to have it from a main dealer it’d be washed for me 😂. Many thanks again Lewis.
