This is the first car I’ve ever bought without seeing it first, and my wife & I did have reservations initially. Zoe was great in comparing the car to the lower mileage car we were going to buy from Cazoo - and her professionalism, honesty & transparency and clear explanation of the optional extras were what we expected from a reputable dealer such as Snows/2G 2A - and Zoe provided these perfectly - which is why we had no hesitation in trusting Zoe. The 2017 Audi A6 Allroad we bought was immaculate inside & out, and the odd minor mark was highlighted by Zoe in her excellent personalised video - although the pre-sale detailing & Gen-3 ceramic coating (worth every penny!) took care of these perfectly, and the car arrived at our home in stunning condition - driven by the lovely Rob, who drove our X Type Jag back to IoW. The level of service provided by Zoe is what every salesperson should aspire to, and - despite the distance (we’re in Norfolk) - is why we will not hesitate to recommend 2G2A & Snows to anyone, wherever they may live. A huge THANK YOU to Zoe for everything you have done to ensure we have had a great experience.

Outstanding service from Zoe at Snows Isle of Wight. Always there when I had any queries. I don't know anything about cars to be completely honest with you on what needed to be done etc, but she always supported me so I didn't miss anything out. She explained the terms in normal person terms so I knew exactly where I stood. She has delivered me the most amazing car, and I'm so very grateful for everything she did for me. She deserves to be recognised for this and also for her and Jon as a team, they work great together and I cannot thank them enough for making everything so smooth and easy when exchanging my PCP. I've had an Audi and a Volvo before but decided to try a Seat Ateca after reading several reviews. So knew what I wanted but had no idea of how to actually buy one as my last new car was 20 years ago and PCPs had not been invented. Zoe answered all my questions and talked me through the process without ever being pushy. She sourced the car from the mainland and then went through the whole explanation process again for the benefit of my wife when she went for a test drive. She took care of the whole process and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. So thank you Zoe and see you again sometime for an upgrade when Seat start making electric/hybrid cars. Was interested in an Audi A7 and was served by Shai. Had quite a few queries and needed some things explained to me and was great to see that Shai was very accomodating and was consistently on hand to help with all my queries, he wasn't pushy at all and was in fact very warm in his approach, being virtual he did all the checks and dealt with all the asks and made a video of him doing them which was great to see, he worked tirelessly to get me the right package. When I wasn't too sure around the financing and the package Shai was always willing to try and help me out and find the best package for me (which is something I haven't seen other dealers do these days). We initially done the deal, but I had to pull out due to changes in circumstances. Despite this Shai was very understanding and kept an incredibly professional and warm attitude. It was a shame I didn't get the vehicle, but if I find another A7 (S line) at Snows I'll be the first to get in touch with Shai and get the deal done.

Brilliant service. Had been around the Island looking for a car but none of the sales people matched up to Malcolm (Danny!) He couldn't do enough for us and answered every question we had, even when he didn't know the answer straight away he found it. Could not fault the Service and MOT I had at Snows SEAT this week. I booked it for 2 days time (everywhere else was a couple of weeks) via bookmygarage which was a great deal, and the communication from bmg and Snows was great. After dropping it off I received a txt with a video link when the engineer explained all health checks passed and showed me the status of tyres and when brake pads may need replacing. Excellent, never seen this anywhere else. Well done to the whole team.

After finding the car We were looking for(Ford Focus)I spoke with shai bane about part exchanging our old car, the company TG2A offered me which I thought an extremely generous allowance. So we discussed the purchase in the showroom briefly initially and the by phone and email.It was done with professional and knowledgeable ease by Shai leaving me very little to actually do. On handover day a simple arrive at the showroom simply changing vehicles and a brief handover and on our way. Thanks Shai you made a sometimes stressful car purchase simple.

Wow...I would have given 6 stars if that was an option. I made a phone call enquiry 6 hours ago, test drove at 1.30pm and the deal was all signed sealed and, soon to be delivered, by 4pm. The staff were so helpful and Malcolm (AKA Danny Dyer!!) went above and beyond with customer service. I needed a car agreed on the mobility scheme before Boris has us all back behind closed doors on Thursday and this was the simplest deal ever.
