Extremely positive. Bought a car several weeks ago and the whole experience was very relaxed. Andrew was great to deal with, answered everything I wanted to know and we arranged a fair price which included a cam-belt change. A couple of minor faults were, as promised, fixed when I picked the car up. Very happy customer and I would use these again.

I must say this car garage has been the best for customer service that I’ve ever used ! The salesman Tyler I believe his name was couldn’t do enough for me and my wife when we came to visit and any information we needed or asked for was never too much for him and he helped us find the car we loved. I bought my Fiat without viewing as I live in Brighton, and Tyler, Tyler and Connor were friendly, helpful and communicative throughout the whole transaction. An RAC 12 month warranty, breakdown cover and inspection were included in the deal, Tyler even transported it to Brighton for a small charge and was understanding when I had problems with my bank payment. The car is immaculate and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you guys!

Absolutely first class service when we purchased our BMW. You cannot fault the service we have received. Both Tyler and Connor are fantastic salesmen, we were left alone to completely look around and inside the car. There was no 'pushy sales talk', very relaxed and easy negotiation. Covid distancing meant it is an appointment only system but this was well organised and adhered to (they even went out of their way and delivered the car to us due to Newport lockdown). Constant communication from Tyler and Connor letting us no progress throughout. We would not hesitate in recommending this dealer.
