Exceptional Service from Sean From the moment I went to choose my first car to driving off in my new car the service received by Sean was exceptional, professional and not a pushy salesman. He asked me what I was looking for (automatic, family car) and he got straight onto it. Communication with me email and phoning with all sorts of questions he got straight on it and we found the right car for me a couple of test drives it took around 2 weeks. When I got to pick up my car Sophie the handover person again was exceptional with her service too made me feel at ease and explained everything. The biggest surprise was the unveiling of my new car and it made it feel magical. Thank you so much to the both of you and I'm sure I will see you again especially as mum now wants a new car 😀

Although the car was left before 10 am, it wasn't ready for collection until after 5 pm by which time there was no one left for washing the car, which had been promised. Which was a disappointment. The Mot expiry date on the paperwork was premature by 2 weeks. Allen Ford decided I needed a full service at £340 and after arriving home and looking up paperwork, I discovered it was only done in July last year, a month before I purchased the car from you. Subsequent discussions on the phone with reception , proved that I didn't really need a service at all. Heather Newton

Decided to upgrade the car that we previously brought from Allen Ford, as I found a Focus 1.5 tdci that I was interested in, spoke to Joe, very helpful everything was so smooth, put down the required deposit, so that the vehicle could be Transported down to our local branch, and made an appointment to see the vehicle. When the vehicle was delivered we went in and had a look at it, took it out for a test drive, We decided that we wanted the vehicle, and there was no pressure selling, everything was left in our court. Joe was extremely helpful, as we didn't have the required deposit, Joe went out of his way to help us purchase the vehicle, and when we managed to come to an agreement on the payments, we took it. The little faults that I noticed when I took it out for a test drive, was fixed before I picked the vehicle up, nothing was a problem. Thank you to Joe and everyone involved with our purchase at Allen Ford Riverside Northampton, can't recommend you enough.

Found myself needing to replace a car I had loved. Fiona arranged a test drive for the type of car I thought I might like and while we were out she used my wishlist to find a perfect match for me. Waiting for our insurance and GAP payout was no problem either. Honestly Fiona was brilliant, no pressure no hassles, just good honest help. I went from gutted about me beloved lost car to super excited about its replacement! When I collected my car the handover was done by Sophie, it was fitted in for me quickly and again so relaxed. I took my 'new' car for a test drive to make sure it was everything I was hoping for, still no pressure to buy it if it wasn't exactly right for me, and then Sophie went through everything I was unsure about. I purchased my car from Allen Ford Northampton and have had my car for 8 years. Regularly serviced and only minor problems. Servicing by Allen Ford is easy to arrange with options for dropping of your car or collect and return. A courtesy car can be booked if needed. Ford assist breakdown cover is provided as part of the service package. I have had to use this once when my alternator failed and it was an excellent easy to use service. I had help within 30 mins of breaking down and was able to track the breakdown vehicle on my phone as it made its way to me. Staff at Allen Ford are friendly and efficient and do all they can to help you.
