The best service ever . I had such a bad experience in Mercedes’ and this just made my day. I was so welcomed in Nissan . My partner booked the apportionment at 12.30 and we were there about an hour early and got offered an appointment straight away. I truly recommend this dealership! I received a swift reply to my initial online enquiry and in no time at all had a detailed video of the car sent over to me. Karl was my main contact and he was genuinely helpful and very personable and kept in regular contact with me throughout the whole process. I spoke with Hasan in his absence who was very knowledgeable and also Omar, who assisted Karl with my purchase. There was never any “oh he’s not here / call you back” etc - seamless communication between the 3 of them so I was always able to speak to someone promptly and they knew who I was / what car etc which was a notable difference compared to other dealerships I had spoken to. I needed some parts for a 2002 Cabstar pick up truck - given the age it was really difficult to identify the part numbers etc., and Danny was very helpful indeed. Phone call out the blue to say come and upgrade your car to a brand new one for the same price you’re paying now. My immediate response was “sounds too good to be true” but went in for a chat anyway, Turns out it would too good to be true but after some negotiation, me getting up to walk out and them going to “speak with the manager, I’m on your side here” but not letting me go with them we compromised. After sales was poor. The promised phone call to see how i was getting on still hasn’t happened a month later, the only calls i have had is the scaremongering ones from the finance side offering me all sorts of insurance in case i write my car off. I Recently purchased a 40KWh Nissan Leaf from Bristol motors at Riverside Northampton. I dealt principally with Lukasz who was at all times patient with my many questions, efficient and knowledgeable. His energy, enthusiasm and sense of humour make the car buying process relaxing and relatively straightforward. Of particular note was the way he steered me through the bureaucratic process of applying for the government grant for installing a charging station at home. The only problem I’ve had with the vehicle so far is getting the phone app, which enables the control of some functions such as charging and climate control, to work. Googling the problem suggests this is a issue with Nissan and nothing to do with the dealership. Indeed Bristol Street have offered to work with me to resolve the matter. That one problem aside, I’m delighted with the car and with the service provided by Lukasz and his colleagues. I’m bought many cars over the years and not always had a good experience. It just shows how valuable having the right people is to making a business successful.

If only all car salesmen for as helpful, attentive, honest and professional as Lukasz Pyka. What a guy. We did the deal over the phone, including a trade in, as 70 miles for us to drive. He arranged for us to collect the following day, the car and service exceeded our expectations. The only thing lacking was a big Red Bow in the bonnet but then we did not ask for one and Lukasz didn’t say we could have one. We drive to Northampton from worcester, Lukasz greeted us, when through all the things he had to, demo of car functionality and got us on the road back home. Great customer service.
