We purchased our 18 month old Bailey Barcelona, unfortunately due to us living 3 hours away we could not view it in person so Ollie sent us numerous photos & a video of it. The van looked excellent so we purchased it over the phone. It was delivered about 10 days later. The service we received from Elite Caravans was excellent at all times, nothing was too much for them, I would certainly recommend anyone to purchase a caravan from them with confidence, they are all very efficient and reliable, well done and thanks to the team from the Taylor’s.

Excellent quality stock for sale, together with excellent service, advice if needed and aftersales. April 2019 - further to my original review I would like to add that I continue to get excellent service from the "boys" at Elite. I have my van serviced there every year, and they also carry out any other work I request. Everything is done to a very high standard, and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent, friendly advice is always given as well. I also store my caravan there, and have to say that security has been greatly improved over the last 18 months.

Very friendly and not pushy at all... in fact, the reason for 4 star not 5 is because you really have to go looking for someone if you have questions and it was maybe a little too relaxed? However, a great range of caravans and the guy we spoke to answered our questions very well

We're just home after our first family adventure in our newly-acquired Elddis 505. We bought it from Elite Caravans and the service was truly excellent from start to finish. The quality of the caravan, which is now nearly 11 years old, is amazing. It was serviced and all minor niggles from our independent inspection were sorted out. We had to travel a long way to collect it and they had stored it for us. It was made ready when we eventually managed to travel down. They were very patient at showing us around the van and as newbies, we had a lot of questions! All-in-all - top quality customer service and we now have a caravan that we will enjoy as a family for a few years to come! Thanks so much to Gary and the team!

One of the best showrooms we've been to. All caravans are open for you to view inside at your leisure. Caravans are all dressed so you can get the feel of what it's like in use. Nobody came to hassle you to buy, you went to the office if you needed anything. When we went to enquire about a caravan we were dealt with in a friendly welcoming manner. Everything is so well laid out and even the toilet facilities are very clean and tidy with fresh fluffy towels. We can thoroughly recommend this dealer to anybody else and will be going back to them when the time comes to get another one.

Elite caravans honoured their 1 year guarantee 10 months in, very pleased. We bought a ten year old caravan from them in June. On holiday in the April of the next year the front windows started to leak. We took the van into them and they replaced the window rail, which had come loose, free of charge. Fantastic. On this basis, I would highly recommend them.
