Good service from the staff. The prices are marked at market rate; although I recommend doing these online beforehand to get the prices. In store prices might be higher. Few things they could do for me to score five stars: 1. Make hot drinks free. 2. In colder months, the waiting area gets cold so not comfortable. The tiny radiators are not sufficient. 3. Offer free WiFi in the waiting area.

Had a very worrying noise coming from the rear of my car, called up and spoke to Des, he took a look at it for me, test drove, put it on the ramps, worked out the problem within 30 mins and diagnosed it for me. Very friendly and personable as well as straight talking and professional. Would definitely recommend! Des was great!

My car was booked in to get 2 front tyres and windscreen wipers. I waited almost 2 hours! There was one poor lad working alone, the manager had recently walked out and they had no staff. So not a great experience but he did give me a couple of pounds off due to my long wait. I felt really sorry for him as he was so pleasant and running around like a headless chicken trying to get everything done

Booked online no problems, arrived in time and the work was done quickly. The only issue was I found my air pressure too high after getting a tyre warning light. I did think it felt a bit light on response on driving.

Having compared tyre prices around Northampton, I found Formula one Autocentre garenteed they wouldn't be beaten on price. I logged into their website, found the tyres I needed very easily either by tyre size or by putting your Registration in, and hey presto! Tyres were easy to buy online, book your appointment day & time, make payment, and it's done. Arrive 10 mins early for your appt, guys there are extremely friendly & polite, and they had a nice clean waiting area (with a TV) if you wanted to watch it. I'd definitely recommend these people & I'll be using them myself in the future.

Got two new tyres from here as they were the best price for the ones I wanted (Goodyear Asymmetric 3) however when it came to my alignment they gave me a high quote, which I wasn't gonna pay, and they quickly realised this and lowered it to a more reasonable price. Overall wasn't the quickest but happy with the overall quality, also know what your paying for.

Great teams of guys helped my girlfriend and I out with the car. Went in for a simple wheel bearing change but upon inspection saw it was turbo-ducked and needed the CV joint replaced too. Didn't charge any extra labour and got the part at trade price. Very quick to help us out and spent the time to explain to us what the drama was and explain mechanics of the car. Cheers guys! Got a flat tyre after being unable to swerve a huge pothole last night, so we changed my tyre to a spare and went to get a new one. The mechanics were so friendly and were incredibly quick at changing my tyre, so after 24 hours of stressing about how I was going to get to work on Monday, everything’s fixed and it only cost me £46! Highly recommend.

I had four tyres fitted but they took 1.5 hours to fit as the garage only has one tyre fitting machine that is silly as they fit tyres more often. So unless you are the only one waiting on tyres i would go somewhere else with more machines. All that aside they done a great job

Visited on 23rd Jan. I had 2 of my own tyres. This was done by a young chap. excellent service. I was very impressed. only downside is it took about 45 mins for 2 tyres.

Upon entering the Formula One Autocentre, I was informed by one of the employees that my service and MOT that I had booked wouldn't go ahead as they didn't do MOTs on a Saturday. Curious about this (having booked online), I asked the manager, Nigel, who informed me that this was not the case. Despite this slight confusion, my visit was fine. I have used Formula One Autocentre for the last five years and have always been pleased with the service that I have received.

Great service and friendly staff, The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that my appointment was for 8.30am and when I arrived 10mins early the doors are still shut and as it is just of a main road near traffic lights you can not park outside and wait, so I just had to drive around until the doors opened.
