I can’t praise these guys highly enough. I bought an Audi TT from them today and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. They went out of their way for me staying back late so I could collect the car. The TT is in excellent condition and has been really well prepared, you can tell they know their cars, they’re enthusiastic and passionate about them. Went to view a Vauxhall insignia to potentially buy last Thursday, took the car out on a test drive and I was very happy with it, brought the car on the Friday and as I lived over 1hr 30 mins away and couldn’t collect till Monday they offered to deliver the car too me on the Friday at a time convenient to myself. Delivery of the car was very prompt and looked clean and tidy inside and out. The sales man who I spoke to was very professional with me during the whole transition from start to finish and would recommend this garage to anyone looking for good honest service. Great work. 😀😀

So found this car on Auto trader on a Thursday, Paid for the car on Friday and they had it delivered to me on the Saturday! I’m in South Yorkshire and the price for delivery was more than reasonable. I was at work too so they arranged for the driver to post the keys too. Great communication from the dealer and the driver who informed the dealer that the service light came on as it was getting driven off the ramp. The dealer have now said they will pay for a service plus fixing a small issue (parking sensors). Can’t fault that at all. Cars been great so far, got 6 months warranty for free by RAC and may even get that extended if needs be. The aftercare from the dealer has been great. I’d definitely recommend them even if your not local. Thanks again Guys

From the first phone call, to the collection of the car and even when a minor problem occurred everything was handled in the upmost professional, personal and friendliest way possible. Part exchanged our vehicle to get this lovely Royal blue C220. There was no pressure selling or quick fire questions. Vish is a gentleman very knowledgeable and someone who I had felt I had known for a long time. Luckily the owner was in branch as well he’s attitude and commitment I didn’t even know he was the owner that’s how polite, friendly and respectful he was! I purchased an Audi A4 Avant Sline from this Company in June and I’m really pleased with my purchase. The Sales Manager Ali, is really personable and kind. I was even treated to an amazing Turkish Brunch at the Otoman Restaurant whilst my car was being prepped and valeted before collection. The car is spot on mechanically and I was given a 12M Warranty with my purchase that I’m really pleased about. Such a pleasant experience buying a second hand car as a single woman. My sister had previously bought her car here two years ago without any problems so I drove up from Essex and didn’t look anywhere else. The guys were very helpful and gave me a good price on my trade in. They are nothing like the stereotype car salesmen you think of. Kind, courteous and very helpful. They did all the paperwork and set up the new tax payments there and then for me. They even suggested not using a credit card to avoid the extra payment involved. And then when the cat had a soft tyre they sent me to a local garage where they had an account and replaced the tyre free of charge. Brought my first car from these guys about 2 and half years ago and it ran great but unfortunately got written off by insurance in a road side accident. Anyway needed to get another car quickly due to working commitments, so I had a little look on there website for another car. I saw one that I liked the look of, so I gave them a ring and asked if I could test drive it the next day and they said that’s fine, we’ll get it ready for you on the next day. Took it for a test drive the next day and it was great, car was in great condition. After the test drive, we had a little chat in the office and they said because I was a returning customer that they would throw in a free 6 month “premium” warranty (covers any and all faults the vehicle may or may not have in the next 6 months). We also discussed a little bit about the previous car that had been written off and they kindly said that the sum I was offered was to low and told me that if I want they will get in contact with my insurance company and attempt to negotiate a better offer. Personally I don’t know of any other car dealer who would spend some of their own time to help a customer out in this situation (will update this review when I hear something back from the insurance company regarding this matter). I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family and anyone else who is looking for a 2nd car. I myself would also definitely come back again if and when I need another car, decent selection, friendly attitude and just generally nice people who run the place :)

Restored my faith!. After a terrible, costly past experience of buying a car with a complete rogue trader I am so pleased with both my purchase and the buying experience at Hamilton's. Chris was unobtrusive, knowledgeable, fair and in all honesty a very genuine person who most definitely gives you advise and not a hard sell. I've met a lot of hard sell people and this is not their way at Hamiltons. He gave me the facts about the car I was interested in, the pro's and con's of the other makes i'd thought about (That's because I asked) and he left me and my partner to discuss. No pressure, no hard sell. Its only the 1st day with my car and i appreciate ive bought a 2nd hand car and the after care warranty is a reassurance which I have should something go wrong. It may seem an odd thing to say but as a female who doesn't really have a lot of knowledge of the mechanics of cars I would also reccomend, unfortunately a lot of car sales places still operate on a 'telling you' what you want basis, which then turns out to be completely not what you want. In short definatly reccomend and no hesitation in going back

I can't thank the guys enough from Hamiltons. They first of all they helped my partner get back on the road after his engine went on his old car. We couldn't believe our luck with the car he got. Saw a low mileage corsa and had to go for it and the guys helped arrange finance on their day off for him! Then when I passed my test (a year later) they helped me pick a small car and spoke me through every step of the way. When I went to collect the car they made it an easy process and I got to work just in time for my shift.
