I bought a car from Listers Northampton last weekend, and the service I received was phenomenal. Having recently written my car off in a nasty accident, the process of buying a new car had the potential to be stressful for many reasons. As soon as we entered the showroom I felt at ease, they were courteous and professional without it feeling false and they were also both friendly and genuine. I left there to go and view two more cars at a different garage after whilst knowing full well I would be coming back to buy my car from them. They presented the car in an immaculate way, offered to put right a couple of minor things (a small dent and paint chip). The repair work was near perfect when I went to pick it up and the car was as clean as new despite it being 7 years old! The service in general was spot on and I drove away feeling completely relaxed in the knowledge that I had purchased a great car from a great dealer and if I needed them again for any reason they would not fail to deliver I'm sure. Thanks again Dan and the team much appreciated!

I ,ve found a reasonably priced Audi Q3 online owned by Listers Northamton. They sent me a nice video of the car and so I traveled next day some100miles from London to Northampton to test drive the car. It was a worthy journey indeed as I found Listers very friendly and professional car dealers. Our particuar dealer was Mr."Daniel Masih" who was such a friendly, professional and honest gentleman. We paid for the car which was kept for aweek to deal with some scratches and cleaning etc. It was delivered to my home a week later by Daniel himself in a prestine condition. I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Lister Northampton. As you can see, I gave it 5 stars because the process was extremely smooth from the beginning to the end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to the sales executive Daniel Masih. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. I did not walk into Listers on Sunday 15:50 with the intent of leaving there with a car eventually as we had been to 4 other dealerships at Riverside Northampton without getting what we wanted. Very pleasant staff and friendly atmosphere. Made it very easy to part with thousands of pounds! The car I bought had a minor defect which was due to it not having been driven for a while, I have been told, and is quite easy to remedy myself, but a bit disappointing to discover it within just half a mile of driving, as I would have expected it to have been discovered in a final check. Apart from that the vehicle so far seems very good and I am pleased with it. As already stated, the courtesy and atmosphere in the showroom is impeccable.

An amazing experience, much to my surprise, after poor experiences with other dealers. All members of staff are warm, friendly and genuine. Hot chocolate served upon arrival. Very nice. The new Honda Civic I came to view exceeded my expectations as did the price. I would certainly advise getting the 5 year servicing plan and probably the GAP insurance, both are reasonably priced. We have used Listers for servicing on our CRV and have been very pleased with the care received. I am sure that will continue with our new Civic. Many thanks to Matt Croft for his help throughout. It is also worth mentioning that although I had my own finance in place we were asked if Listers could try and get us a price for finance, imagine my surprise when they managed to get a price that was £75 less per month. Never thought we would buy a car unseen, but our experience with Listers Honda Northampton has completely changed our opinion. Listers Honda Northampton is 169 miles from where we live in North Yorkshire, so it was extremely important that we trusted the Sales person we were dealing with. From our initial telephone enquiry about a Honda Civic to completing the purchase and taking delivery can only be described as seamless and 1st class, thanks to Keanu Copp who handled our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, lots of questions answered, with videos of the car we were interested in buying, Part exchange allowance was agreed, all the appropriate paperwork (and there was a lot it), all completed by email. The icing on the cake was the car was delivered free of charge, and arrived with a full tank of petrol. Thank you Listers Honda Northampton and thank you Keanu. The service representative and technician who I spoke to both were very thorough with explaining what had been checked on my car. The technician took apart the brakes and pressure tested the system. Very professional company in the sense that at no time did we feel pressurised into a buying decision. We were not committed to getting a new car since our then existing CRV although nine years old, was a low mileage vehicle in first class condition but we were interested to explore the possibility of upgrading to a hybrid model. I was very positively surprised that during servicing of my car - dealership called me and informed that car had 5-year service plan (I was not aware of that), turns out that 5th service suppose to be done earlier but because I was not aware - Honda Northampton acknowledge that and done it for free! I was given a good opportunity to fully test drive the car and a good handover. However, there was a nasty surprise after I'd bought the car when I discovered that the service interval for a Honda Jazz is 12,500 miles. This is alot less than the 20,000 miles service interval that I had for my Vauxhall Corsa, and will significantly increase the running cost of this car. If I'd known in advance I may have made a different decision and opted for a Vauxhall again. Service costs were not discussed at all during the buying process.

I became a customer of Listers Honda Northampton when another local Honda dealer in Northamptonshire lost its Honda new car sales 'franchise'. Since the early 1990s I have owned only Honda vehicles, from new; Honda Accords, Concertos, Civics, and in recent years Jazz, all with excellent owner/driver experiences. The cars have been reliable, and dealer support impeccable. So far a similar level of positive experience has been delivered by Listers Honda. The most recent service request involved replacement of the nearside front hub and tyre following damage to the alloy hub and original factory-fitted Dunlop tyre. The incident that led to the damage in mid-May 2018 happened when I was away from home in Wiltshire. The tyre supplier could not offer the required Dunlop tyre from stock, or source one within my time-scale. The replacement tyre was a (Chinese) Jinyu Gallopro yH8 185/55 R16, which I drove on until the recent hub and tyre replacement, to restore the integrity of the Honda Deflation Warning System.

Car in for service, MOT and update on Satnav. After I had left the car got a phone call to tell me they had the wrong disc for the Satnav update and would need the car in again when they obtained the correct disc. On collection of the car I was told that latest update available was 2015 and the next update would be in Spring 2018. Happy with the service and MOT but felt I was messed about with the Satnav. I had given you full details of the Satnav some 2 or 3 weeks before bringing the car in.
