J. W.We bought a Benimar Milio from Marquis last October. We had excellent service from Mark who assessed our needs and suggested a particular model. Despite difficulties with delivery, due to Covid and Brexit Mark went above and beyond to make sure our motor home was available on time. He has since been very helpful with advice and support. Definitely a 5 star service. We thoroughly recommend speaking to Mark if you want to buy a motor home, as he is very knowledgeable and will do his best to find one to suit you. We are very happy with our motor home and look forward to many years of travel and fun!

J. W.Marquis in Northampton WAS a fantastic dealer a couple of years ago, we bought two Motorhome’s from them and they couldn’t be more helpful. This year we took out motorhome in for its habitation service in March, then the lockdown happened, not their fault of course. Since they started working again, They keep telling us the motorhome will be ready ( we asked for them to add a part which would allow the DAB radio to work when the engine was switched on.)
My husband had to chase the manufactures for them and last week they said it would be ready on Friday , but it wasn’t they said they would get it done and it would be ready to pick up on Tuesday We went to fetch and were told., we could take it as there was no paperwork, and they could ask anyone as everyone was in a meeting and couldn’t be interrupted! We went home and they said they would have it ready on Thursday. (Today) and they would ring . No telephone call . This is not surprising they never ring back. I suspect that it won’t be ready till next week .! My husband has spent a lot of money with this company , but all they care about is selling Motorhome s , so if you are buying one from this company I suggest you quickly find another company to do the servicing and repairs, Marquis are hopeless ever since they lost their excellent manager and service manager last year. The whole place has give down the drain.. we haven’t had our motor home as it’s been in their garage for 5 months.
This seems excessive but they are so diddly umm I don’t think they have even noticed!
