Thanks to the guys and girls at Marshall Skoda Northampton first thing this morning when my Superb's oil level warning light came on 150+ miles from home while working away for the week. Not only did they sort me out before they'd even opened for the day but didn't charge so I was able to get to work on time at Silverstone BSB.

Car in for service and MOT. Great service, would have given 5 stars if they had not tried to charge a ridiculous amount for wiper blades and a key fob battery. Said I would supply my own, got a call back 5 minutes later to say they would match the price I could get the parts for. Understand main dealer pricing but on fast moving parts like wiper blades should be more competitive from the get go, rather than adjust prices after being challenged! 1 year on, back for service MOT and air con recharge. 5 stars for this visit.

A great experience from start to finish! Friendly staff, and a great car. Michael helped find a car similar to the one I'd spotted at the Reading branch and managed to get it delivered to Northampton for viewing within 2 days. From the test drive, arranging my part ex and finance deal through to the handover, everything was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally. 5 stars from me!

Amazing customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marshall Skoda recently. I had a steering problem and they found nail in tyre, new tyre was ordered and fitted on the same day, amazing, tracking sorted on later visit and problem finally fixed, such a relief. I also had problem with getting service plan offer from original dealer. Nikie, who I had the pleasure of dealing with, got straight onto this and sorted the service out with that dealer. Such a relief as even Skoda customer care couldn't sort it out. Overall, I was made to feel a valued customer and the understanding of my issues were dealt with promptly, professionally and sympathetically. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. Marshall definitely have a new customer. Thank you Marshalls.

Hi i would like to take a minute to thank Nicola Hitchen and Julian for there outstanding service. My car had broken down and they went above and beyond and got it fixed under warranty even though i didn't buy it from them. They contacted skoda uk and the dealer i bought it from and agreed it should be fixed under warranty. I will definitely be buying my cars from them in future i would give them 6 stars if i could 😀 so if you are looking for a skoda and want great service this is the place to go all dealerships are not the same. Don't get me wrong ... The cars are good, the staff are good... But they could have been better. This is a year that is extreme ... COVID-19 ... and despite sanitiser at the door, the staff had masks mainly under their chins and even when speaking, only half covering their face. When we asked for pricing to compare with others, the finance deal stated a price which didn't include which car, not over how many years and emails and phone calls still did not resolve this. No sale. Sorry.

I have mobility problems so researched my car carefully before I chose one, the Skoda Yeti seemed to fit the bill so I contacted Skoda Northampton. My first ever new car so I wanted it to be the best I could get within my budget. The salesman Zach was great, answered all my questions , found exactly the colour I wanted inside and out and all the extras I wanted too. This took him a few weeks but he kept me informed with regular updates until it arrived, quicker than I expected. Since then (8 months) I have only had the one small problem with the car for which the Ladies in service reception were very helpful, the car was attended to swiftly and the mechanics even gave it a vacuum for me. All in all my experiences so far with Skoda Northampton have been positive.

I deliver (and collect) cars nationally and as such, I’m in and out of dealerships all day, every day. A massive shout out to Sarah Blacker at Marshall’s Skoda in Northampton today who went out of her way to make my visit enjoyable and efficient! From an initial phone call, she spent twenty minutes searching for keys and then for the car in question, after I arrived I was greeted with a genuine cheery welcome before we trailed the compound to re-find the car before she disappeared to find more keys to the vehicle blocking my exit. She described herself as “just a receptionist” but I beg to differ! One of the most pleasant and helpful receptionists I’ve ever dealt with. Some of the staff in dealerships for the so called, “quality marques” could learn a lot from this dealership and Sarah in particular. Thank you so much Sarah, you really don’t know how much I appreciated your approach this morning!

Great place. Had a skoda now for around 4 years. Staff are really friendly and polite and never feel forceful at all. They leave you to it whilst you look, answer question with ease and will always try to make sure you get the cheapest option to suit your needs but will obviously provide you with extras if you so wish! Warren is the guy I've dealt with there and he's a great guy. The servicing staff are also just as good.

I recently bought a Skoda Yeti from a different garage which had a three month warranty. I booked into Marshall as there was a fault and met Nikie Hitchin in the service department. Nikie was so helpful and extremely personable, nothing was too much trouble, she made a difficult situation as smooth as possible and with some humour. Top marks to Gavin today for getting my broken car door handle sorted out so quickly on my Skoda Superb. Just ordered a vRS Octavia. The sales people aren't your usual sales people. Very informative, pleasant but not the slightest bit pushy. In fact they are almost the opposite, encouraging you to have a good think about your choice before committing. Non of the usual "the deal is only for today" that is usually found at car dealerships, which is refreshing. I have dealt with Zack and found him to be knowledgable, honest and doesn't over promise anything...the lead time is quite long for a brand new car (which is understandable as they aren't in stock), but Zack explained what to expect and didn't make any commitments he wouldn't be able to keep. Again, refreshing. The dealership is clean and tidy and the other members of staff seemed equally committed to customer service and straight forward ness. After the sale I have had 2 updates in 3 days regarding my order, one to see what colour stitching I want on the seats. Little details like this make a big difference as I haven't had the aftercare like this before and once ordered it's kind of "get what your given" however not so in this case. Over all the best car buying experience I have had (I have had Seat, Mazda, BMW, Porsche, Vauxhall and Fords in the past) and no dealership has come close to skoda Northampton. The service offered is exactly how you build repeat custom. 10/10.

We walked in to Progress Skoda having been completely ignored for 35 minutes in the Bells Volvo garage next door. A salesman (Zach) opened the door for us and listened to what we needed (a car for the mother-in-law). He promptly found a suitable vehicle in their used stock and made us a cup of tea. Nothing was too much trouble and even as we headed to the door to leave another salesman jumped up and went to the door to open it for us.
