Absolutely 1st class service from start to finish. Bought car blind after speaking to Dan who described the car accurately. Was wary as i live 200 miles away,car was exactly as it had been described over phone when i collected it and they went above and beyond to make sure it was ready for collection. Well worth a 400 mile trip. Big car dealers could learn a thing or two about customer care of these lads,thanks again.

I purchased a Mercedes from Mulberry motors and my experience with them has been amazing. Dan and Mark are not at all pushy- on the day 1 when we went for viewing- they left us with the car for 20 minutes in their yard to have a look and decide whether we wanted to go ahead or not. They are fair and provided good service- once the deal was made, the car was diagnosed by them and it came out that the car had a few bits to be done (2 tyres, couple of sensors)- which they told us openly, changed the same for us and didn't hide or charge us at all. After service- They are always responsive- in fact I had a small doubt regarding my car after the purchase and went back to them a couple of times within the first month. Dan and Mark were always there to help and resolve any doubts I had. Overall I can say they are fair, provide good service, know their customers and good in the business. Would definitely prefer to buy my next car from them. Cheers Dan and Mark.

The car was prepared to a very high standard and we were very happy with the customer service. Dan and Mark are top notch blokes. No pressure applied during the sale, they gave us enough time to test drive the car we were interested in and even bought more fuel for us to really test drive the car for as long as we wanted. These guys are really genuine and honest as they gave us a good breakdown of the car we were interested in including past history and any potential issues. We eventually settled for the car we liked and they were more than happy to take our 'old faithful' car in part exchange. After purchasing the car from them, we later realised that we left an item of very sentimental value in our old car which was taken in part exchange and soon as we rang them, they were more than happy to send the item to us in the post - we received the item in the post a few days later. It was a smooth experience dealing with Dan and Mark from start to finish and happy to say that over a month later, we have had no issues whatsoever with the car we purchased from them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hidden Gem ! Snuck in behind the shell petrol station I am glad I found it ,I purchased a used car from Mulberry & the whole process was so different to any other car purchase that I have experienced before. No hard sell just given the keys and allowed to look round the car at my leisure. The negotiation was relaxed & I was happy with the value given for my Px. Dan and Mark at Mulberry Motors are 100% genuine guys. I bought my Triumph Street Triple off them within hours of it being taken in part exchange and they still did me a deal! They provide a personal service with a smile-something that is far too rare these days. Nothing is too much trouble and they are men of their word. I've been keeping my eye on a Fiesta these guys have had up for sale for a while. I went over this afternoon to take a look and wasn't expecting it to be as good as advertised. I was correct. It was much better! I actually wanted a cheap run around that I wouldn't worry too much about getting knocked and scratched. What I came away with is an immaculate car that I'm already obsessing over. The lads let me give it a good looking over without standing over me and let me take it out on a test drive on my own. It really puts me off buying when someone won't give you two seconds on your own. Not a problem here. Within an hour of arriving we were finalising paperwork and making payment.
