I took my S3 into Northampton Audi (Vindis) for a routine Oil Service. I received regular updates leading up to my appointment and was given a friendly welcome when I arrived. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating and I had a lovely A4 courtesy car for the day. I was told when it was ready and they were open until 6pm, so didn't have to take time off work. Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish at Vindis Northampton.This was our first time buying a car from Audi and the whole process was so pleasant particularly from Ellis who dealt with our sale. We were given a great price for both our cars in part exchange and Ellis found our perfect A3 within our budget. When we went to pick up our car a few days later and sort the paperwork everything was ready and before we went the manager spoke with us personally and thanked us for our purchase which was a really nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be back in the future!

Generally satisfied. Two things: -
1. When I dropped the vehicle off I was asked whether I would like a chip installing to communicate with the My Audi App. I accepted. However, to my knowledge this was not done, and was not communicated to me on collection.
2. Part of my new front bumper is missing (towing plate) If this is found can somebody let me know.

Costly as oppose to other garage. Had a diagnosis and told me what I already knew which my headbulb needs replacing but they have also checked on my tyres pressure, quality of the tyres and any mechanisms which are lose to being worn off which is beneficial.

What a great experience from start to finish.
Me and my wife came to Northampton Audi looking for my wife’s dream car, to be honest with our budget in mind we did not expect we would be able to afford it.
After a couple of minutes chatting with Phil he had found us a dream car in our budget!
Phil was great all the way through the process, giving great advice and not pushing us to make any rash decisions.
It came to pick up day of our new car and Phil was very helpful showing us all the controls of the vehicle.
We did have an issue of a flat battery when we tried to start the car to take it home, but Phil couldn’t of been more apologetic. He took us back inside and sorted us with hot chocolates.
The mechanic then came back about 20 mins later and also couldn’t be more apologetic.
He explained that he had put a brand new battery in and did all the diagnostic checks and everything was as it should be.
The only criticism I have is that the car wasn’t cleaned quite to the standards I expected, it wasn’t dirty by any means but was a few marks on the interior that could have been cleaned.
We can recommend to anyone and will definitely be back in future.

I could not be more over the moon with my Audi experience. It was my first time buying a car from an official dealership, and the process was explained to me so clearly at every step of the way, alleviating any worries immediately. I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in – Sam was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. I have just taken delivery of a used approved car from Northampton Audi, this is a present for my son, for when he passes his test, hopefully pretty soon, from my initial enquiry with Mark Mcgrady and the quick turnaround from ordering the vehicle to getting a handover sorted out within 48 hrs, the whole process has been faultless, special praise for Richard Oliver who sorted out the finance agreement, he was very professional in his dealings. Can't leave a review with our a mention to the wonderful Vivian at reception, thank you for looking after me as usual.

I purchased an A3 from Northampton Audi which was delivered in September, from the initial visit the customer service and approach was significantly better than the other dealers I had shortlisted cars from. Ellis as the sales exec took care of everything very professionally and no request seemed like too much trouble. The generous test drive times and advice and support helped me to make the decision to move over to Audi. Visited Reading Audi, not a great experience. Watford Audi, much the same. Visited Northampton Audi to have a storage box supplied and fitted and I have to say they put the others in the shade. Vindis has been my dealer for about 15 years. Enthusiastic, helpful and well-trained service staff. Smart, clean premises. Some negatives in my experience: Bookings team seem under-trained. Several times I asked for service extras but no-one told the technicians or stores. And bookings phone often not answered. Use the Service direct line. Procedures can be painfully slow at times. Beware of unexpected charges. If you ask them to check anything at all it will cost £125+VAT extra just to look.

Andrew Fletcher is my go to person when thinking of replacing my car, he knows the models and more importantly he knows what I’m looking for. From the initial enquiry my experience of Northampton Audi has been outstanding.
I had an issue with an old Audi ( not bought from them ) and was not sure they could help .... how wrong I was.
I was quickly put through to a young lady Cassie who is a shinning ambassador for Audi.

He might be my son but as regards this review that is academic and I am giving him and Vindis 5 stars again due simply to that fact that the overall process from enquiry to pick up was everything it should be and more.
As I have said before having bought many new cars from many different dealers this experience remains amongst the best -ably helped by Sam's enthusiasm ,professionalism and knowledge of the brand and his overall personality. Reception is as always excellent and their coffee excellent.
We are 45 minutes from Vindis and there at least 2 other main dealers closer but I have no desire or need to visit them.

Just been in to have the "other halves" car serviced by the team at Northampton Audi. I have to say they have been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble! The car was whisked away as soon as I arrived (great as I was waiting on site, so good to see they got straight on to it). Fantastic service from start to finish. I have had a few issues in the past with pushy sale assistants but my assistant Sam was very good and wasnt pushy at all and made my experience stress free and was on hand with any questions I had about the car and engaged well in all areas.

One thing that I can say about Northampton Audi is that every single time I have visited, the staff have never failed to make it a pleasurable experience. Especially the Asian gentleman on reception, he's always extremely friendly and accommodating no matter whether you're there for service, sales, or even just to have a look around.

I am writing this review on my husband's Google page to share my experience of purchasing my new car from Northampton Audi.
As a long standing female Audi driver I had been thinking about changing my Q2 for a newer model this year. We had sold my previous car, an Audi A1 to a north of England dealer at a loss after attempting to sell it privately. Knowing how cars can lose their value the longer you keep them, we decided my current Q2 which we had purchased from new at Northampton Audi was approaching its 3rd birthday so now was as good a time as any to change and maximise the trade-in value at our local dealership rather than try again to sell it privately. We made an initial enquiry at Northampton Audi who we have both used for many years, and they offered us a very good part exchange price for my current Q2 which we were happy with. They also had a brand new replacement Q2 S-Line in stock, and in the specification and colour I wanted, so we didn't have to place a factory order and wait weeks or even months to get a new car. We therefore decided to push the button and go for it !
The Audi salesman that both my husband and I had dealt with on several previous occasions was on furlough, so on this visit I dealt with a different salesman by the name of Sam Maurice.
Sam was extremely helpful and courteous. His communication, Audi product knowledge and handling of the sale was very good throughout the entire purchasing procedure and handover.
I have now had my new Q2 for less than a week and so far I am delighted with it. I can honestly say that the experience of Northampton Audi was excellent, and I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing an Audi.

I took my Audi A5 for an MOT at Audi Northampton. Initially it all went well and I was very impressed with the Audi cam. I left my vehicle with them so they could carry out the repairs but the following day, instead of receiving a telephone call, which i would have expected from a high end car dealership like Audi, I received a text message instead to let me know my car was ready for collection. I was very unimpressed with this as even the local garage down the road would have the common decency to at least call you to let you know your car was ready rather than sending a text message.
Slightly disheartened, I went to collect my vehicle and was greeted by the receptionist who asked me to wait upstairs. 45 mins later after seeing many other people come and go, still no one had come to see me or even acknowledge that i was there so i went back down to reception where i was asked to wait again whilst reception tried to find somone to deal with me. I waited for another 15 minutes until finally someone arrived. I can appreciate that sometimes people are busy but the fact that i saw many other people come and go and no one even acknowledged i was there really dampened my experience with Audi Northampton. I found that the personal experience was severely lacking and i certainly expected better.
On a side note, I was also informed that when i dropped my car off that i would receive a complementary clean however this wasnt done. Not that i can really moan about not receiving a free clean but if you say you are going to do something, then do it.
Overall it was an ok experience but the customer service side of things needs to be better.

Yes, damages to your car are not what you expect from a company with a brand image like Audi's. Although since my case, from my knowledge the valeting company are aware of the expectations and I'm more than confident there will not be a re-occurrence.

Had a problem with the pressure valve in my audi tt mk2 causing it to make an awful squeaking sound. My local garage couldn't find out what was wrong. Took it to audi Northampton. Everyone was very polite and was given an office to work in, remotely while i waited for my car to be sorted. The parts were ordered in and my car was good as new by the next day. Stopped in for a tyre concern recently, we were taken care of almost immediately and very personally by Sumaiya who realised we were certainly not local and had a very long journey ahead, she and her team had us back on the road in no time and with minimum fuss, got to say it’s normally a chore and costly visiting a garage of any nature and sometimes the busy ones are not pleasant at all.... not here, whilst the service area looked very busy it was obviously well managed. Good service with loan car.....but had to pay £12 to reduce insurance excess from £1,000!! No lift available beyond 6 miles, so no choice but to take loan car.....which looks completely lame when compared with what Hyundai offer!! (Free collection and delivery to 15 miles for a service half the price of Audi!!)

I bought an A1 at Northampton Audi last year and had a really good experience so when I decided that the A1 wasn't big enough for me I was in no doubt as to where I was going to upgrade, I found a lovely A4 that was the right price and I had a marvelous sales person (Tyler) who just couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable, he introduced me to the business Manager Richard oliver who explained everything in plain english and in a way that I understood, I felt completely at ease and was quite happy to part with my hard earned cash, the day then came for me to collect my car and Tyler met me on time at reception sat down with me and did the final paperwork we then went to the car and Tyler showed me how everthing worked sometimes twice, he must have the patience of a saint but I got through it.
What a wonderful place to buy a car, if your'e thinking about buying one

Its impossible to give any Audi garage 5 stars as the wait to get a car fixed with a warranty fault that needs some form of diagnosis needed is ridiculous. Often weeks, even a routine service can be 2 to 3 weeks. Wouldnt mind if it wasnt far more costly than a good independent
