From my initial enquiry into the vehicle for sale Andrew Parsons service and attention to detail was seamless, without prompting he also sent me a walk around video so as I could appreciate the car in natural light which really helped me decide to progress further. Having decided to purchase the vehicle Andrew kept me informed of each process the car would be put through from having the car serviced, 2 stone chips on the bonnet repaired in the bodyshop and the final valet prior to my collection on Saturday 11th June. Andrew informed me that he would not be available for the handover of the vehicle due to a pre-arranged engagement, he did however tell me that his colleague Rhys Sweeney would be available for the handover. When arriving at the dealership I introduced myself and asked for Rhys, Rhys greeted me with a smile and and a warm welcome, soon after I was enjoying a coffee and a walkaround my new car, Rhys was very customer centric in that he wasn't pushy about getting me turned around and off his forecourt, I was left alone for a while to familiarise myself with my new car which was very much appreciated. To summarise, my experience with Parkway Volkswagen was refreshing, an open customer centric approach which made my experience one that I can highly recommend, it's nice to be nice so remember that the next time you're looking for a new car.

I couldn't fault the service I received recently from VW Northampton. All staff I came into contact with were very nice. The car was gleaming inside and out, plenty of fuel for a long test drive, which could be accompanied or not. I didn’t feel under any pressure from the salesman to make a decision and actually changed my mind and purchased the same style vehicle but in a different colour. We recently purchased a car from Parkway Northampton. We were looking to upgrade our car from a Polo to a T-Roc. We couldn’t fault the service given to us from the team. Aja was brilliant and spent a lot of time working through the documentation, arranging for the car to be brought to the showroom for a test drive and making sure that it was fully prepared before driving it off the forecourt. He also sorted out the finance on the Polo and set everything up for the T-Roc. Aja was excellent and we would go back him for another car. From minute one to handing over the keys, there was no question that went unanswered or problem too big or small. I found the staff here very knowledgeable and the salesperson that dealt with us was very helpful polite and made you feel like you were important, it certainly makes a difference going to a proper VW dealership rather than a roadside garage with no real guarantee or backup. As a result I’ll happily recommend this dealership Purchased a 2 year old approved used car. On the way back I noticed a vibration through the steering wheel. When I got it inspected one of the tyres was rotating the wrong way and another showing cords and was totally unsafe and illegal. Called Several times and had to pay for another tyre. No email back, can’t get though to people. No refund of the tyre. Stay away .... great service until there’s an issue. I regret buying this car

I can’t rate the service from Emily at Parkway Northampton highly enough. I enquired about a Golf GTD that hadn’t quite come into stock. Emily kept me informed with progress updates until it finally arrived. I even got my own personal walk round video so I could see the car before arriving. In today’s climate it’s very difficult to do the whole test drive and value your part exchange in person. This was all done via email and phone conversations. When I arrived to collect my new car it was better than expected. However, one of the rear headrests was missing. This was sorted straight away and a new replacement posted to me. I had recently been having issues with a car a brought from a private garage, I knew the car was not performing as it should but was told there was no fault found so I took it into Volkswagen riverside and they quickly discovered what was wrong with the car. This is by far the best car showroom I have ever been to. Jordan was there for us trout the whole deal from beginning to end and no matter how many times I called, due to the lockdown and collection process and me asking all sorts about the car as I have no idea, he never missed a call or message to contact me back, that communication I received was second to none. Salesman I dealt with was very helpful and got me a great finance rate on PCP. Happy with the car overall but a couple of issues which were not great. The car wasn't prepped properly with a few faults I had to point out on arrival and I have had to chase the return of my deposit. Trying to road test a car during this pandemic has been a bit of a nightmare. However on finding a beautiful all singing all dancing VW PASSAT AUTO R LINE at Parkway in Northampton this was so easy. I had cause to visit Parkway, Northampton, on 29 January 2018, because of a knocking sound coming from somewhere in the vicinity of the rear nearside on my 2.5 year old Golf R. I had booked it in for diagnosis on the Friday before, and when I arrived, Amy (customer services), was alert to my problem and after a quick drive of the car with the technician, I was off to the fitness centre next door via a complimentary pass. Upon my return 2 hours later, Parkway had diagnosed the problem (tree branch caught under the car!!!), fixed the problem, gave the car a thorough once-over and a clean, all for the grand total of nil pounds! Keep it up Parkway!

My partner had an issue with her VW UP! Even though we didn't purchase the vehicle from Northampton but another Parkway franchise but the fault was looked at. The noise was a knocking noise from cold start at the bottom end of the engine. Originally I was told that there was no fault, which I found very disappointing as I had even supplied video footage of the noise. The car was then re-booked in and a loan car given. 24 hours later I received a call from David to inform me a fault was found, seeing it was also covered under the VW warranty gave me faith in the brand. Overall great experience, could have easily have gone the other way but communication was good. Credit to David and Liam from Service!
