I went to look at a bmw 1 series that they had and fell in love with the car! They were all so helpful to make sure I was able to drive it away the same day! They even went out of their way to try to polish out a few marks for me to! Thankyou so much for all the help and the car is amazing!!

I can not recommend Richard James cars enough I looked at a Jaguar XF that at first I want happy with how it drove. Justin said if we get it running right come and drive again they fixed all that needed to be done I was very happy with the car. Nothing was a problem for them car been sorted fast and correctly. Haven’t bought from these yet, however had great service from sales person Justin! A sales professional that actually sticks to his word and calls you back! Shame the vehicle didn’t fit the requirements as I’d feel confident in behind looked after with these guys! Hopeful to buy a vehicle from there guys soon!
