H.I had a PCP Renault Clio from the Kettering branch. Three years later, it was time to change to one with less mileage on another PCP deal. (Happily, I felt no pressure to do this. I feel the team were honest and open about my options and supportive of them.) This was all sorted out quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with my ‘new’ Renault Clio with only 11,500 on the clock. The service plan works well for me and Megan who is very efficient is sorting that out for me. Andy has been excellent at making things clear. He is also very organised and good on detail. For example, he redacted all my personal information on the documents from the old car. That kind of attention to detail tells me this is a premium service. Danny was also very helpful when I had a glitch with the application form. The lady who answers the phone is also lovely. There’s a sense of communication between the team. Things are passed on; messages are communicated and followed up on. So thanks to the team.

I had new brakes fitted today, having been picked up as needed in a recent service, and was able to work while I waited using a much appreciated quiet space and WiFi. The time taken for them to be completed was quick and all round service was very efficient. Great value too, with a very competitive price.
