I used Silverstone to source a new fully electric car and initially we choose a skoda enyaq. However the lead times were very long due to worldwide shortage of semi conductors and they offered us a sightly quicker solution by swapping to VW ID3. This duly arrived and we have enjoyed the car immensely. The service received from Tom and his colleagues was excellent and the liason with the finance company was easy. Leasing is the right choice for electric cars and I would fully recommend using Silverstone if you wish to join the EV World.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team managed to get us a fantastic deal that more than met our expectations.The guys went through specifically what we wanted form our car and offered up some great options to select from that ordinarily we may not have considered. Also a mother feature which i particularly liked was the "Track My Car" feature which worked excellent and kept me up to date throughout the process, really cool! The car was handed over at the main offices by Ryan Bishop who took his time going through all of the controls and features of the car, so we were completely informed of what everything did and how it operated! I've just taken delivery of my second car from SFM which is a Polestar 2. The service I've received from Michelle and Aby has been consistently great during the lease of my previous Mercedes, and this continued into the ordering of my new car. I continue to be impressed with SFM and expect to be a repeat customer for many years to come. Previous review from 2019: Have received a first class service since finding Silverstone Fleet Management, right the way through to picking up my new Mercedes AMG A35 yesterday. I initially dealt with Chris in Sales who was enthusiastic and patient but not once did he apply any high pressure sales tactics. Upon placing my order, I have been looked after by Aby and Holly in Sales Support. Both ladies have been on point, answering questions promptly and generally dealing with all matters efficiently and without fuss. Only slight fly in the ointment was my car was a little dirty when I picked it up having been delivered by Mercedes earlier in the morning. But this was nothing that a quick wash when I got home didn't sort out, so as I say, a small negative to what has otherwise been a great service to date. Update: Scott followed up on my small criticism above almost immediately. He explained that whilst I may not have been too upset about the car not being fully cleaned, this fell well short of Silverstone's standards. From time to time things can happen, but the measure of a quality company like Silverstone Fleet Management is their willingness to put things right. I wasn't expecting them to pay for a valet, but I'm grateful they have offered to do so. Thanks for a fantastic service - top notch!

I have recently taken delivery of a company vehicle via Silverstone. I was introduced to them by my accountant who said they were very competitive. A major factor for me was that Volkswagen wanted a £3k deposit during the 4 month build period. That is a lot of money sitting in someone else's bank. The deal I got and the service I received from start to finish was excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional. There was not one step of the process where I was not kept informed. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them. UPDATE June 22 - I have just taken delivery of another vehicle via Aby at Silverstone FM. The service was excellent yet again. No messing around at multiple dealerships, the admin process was easy and straight forward. Highly recommended yet again.

PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH - My parents were looking for a new car and decided that they wanted a small hatchback of some form but were not really that sure what was the best option. A few phone calls and a couple of visits to dealerships later, they decided that they wanted an Mercedes A180 AMG. We got our best prices from the local dealership and thought that we would try Silverstone Fleet Management to see if they could better the deal and improve on the delivery time we were quoted. Lets just say were saving a fortune per month and the car was delivered to my parents door 200 miles away in Durham within a week! Cannot ask for better service than that! I particularly liked the "track my car" feature which let us know exactly what stage the car ordering status was at. If we required further information, then the staff at Silverstone were on hand to answer our questions weather it be via email or telephone. So my advice is to go and get your best price from your local dealerships and then take this quotation to Silverstone Fleet Management and I'm almost certain they will be able to save you money and deliver a first class service at the same time. Or simply go straight to them and feel confident that you will probably get the best price anyway..... Thank you guys, you'll be our first stop when its time for an upgrade!

It is very rare that I am compelled to write a review but every once in a while a company comes along and raises the bar for excellent Customer Service. I am writing this in the hope the Silverstone Team get the recognition they deserve. I have leased vehicles for over 20 years and dealt with quite a few companies’ but I have to say the service and professionalism received from the Silverstone Team was exceptional from start to finish. I have chosen not to write this review prematurely, having taken delivery of the vehicle a month ago (I was actually thinking that something was bound to go awry BUT no it is all GOOD). During the process I dealt with Nick Ingram, who made himself available outside office hours to answer my queries. Nick always sounded happy to hear from me and I tested him a few times with detailed technical questions prior to parting with my hard earned cash! I also dealt with Holly Palmer (Sales Support) a pleasant lady, who guided me through the process and kept me informed throughout. Both were very friendly and unlike lots of company’s today, made me feel like a valued customer. In relation to the overall service and delivery of the vehicle; Silverstone were excellent, from my first enquiry right through to delivery of the vehicle. The whole experience was seamless; communication was clear, prompt and efficient with most documents completed online. The online portal/ tracker service is an excellent concept. They kept to all dates and times and more importantly I received exactly what was ordered, at the cost quoted, with no additional/hidden extras. From a personal perspective, it is apparent the standard has been set very high within this company and long may that continue. Needless to say I highly recommend Silverstone. I cannot fault the service received from Silverstone Fleet Management, for Start to finish it was seamless. I was regularly kept in the loop with information and what was required from myself to proceed. Holly Palmer who is one of the SFM Sales Support Executive was very prompt in responding to my emails and sending me anything that I needed to complete for the process and acknowledging anything that I returned. Tom Bailey who is one of the SFM Account Managers was very prompt at sending me the original quotes and adapting them to suit my needs and alongside Holly keeping me informed at every point during the start to end process. The whole process took at the most 3 weeks from quoting, ordering to the delivery/collection. although I appreciate this was a stock vehicle and not ordered purposely for my requirements. I had to go and collect the vehicle in the end as there were no available drivers to deliver for the date that I needed the vehicle, but this was not a fault of SFM, who tried their best to get the vehicle to me for the requested date, but had I not needed the vehicle to go on holiday then I would only have had to wait a couple more days for delivery. I would totally recommend SFM to my family and friends and hopefully I will be able to put people/business their way. When my lease is up I would not hesitate to use SFM again and hopefully this review will persuade others to take a leap of faith in SFM as they really do deliver the fantastic service that they advertise

Holly had been frequently in touch for updates which was nice given that I had a 3 month wait for my car, and had a very useful service to help you track the progress of your vehicle arrival. I took delivery today of my new Fiat 500 1.2 Lounge and wanted to write about my experience with this company. I have been to many car dealers the past few months to find the best deal and a car in stock which I have been unsuccessful. I live in Northampton so I decided to go and see them on a Saturday which after a call to their offices they were working.
