The service I received from Thomas was absolutely outstanding. He has dealt with me from ordering my new car right until delivery today. I was happy to deal with Thomas as he made me feel so Comfortable in the sales process, not pushy, honest and down to earth … as far as car salesmen go he was a complete breath of fresh air … thus installing complete confidence and trust in him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and this branch from my wonderful experience. I’d like to also thank the lovely lady that welcomed us into the store today, making me and my late guys feel at ease, offered us drinks and was very attentive and polite. Dealt with Jay and you cannot fault his service! Absolutely amazing 5 star service! Made the whole process very easy and quick. He continually checked in on us to ensure we didn’t have any questions or problems and with any queries we did have he dealt with them effectively and efficiently! Great service , very professional recommend speaking to Reon and Akshay , if you want to get a great car and a great deal I went to Toyota with my girlfriend to buy her first car immediately we were welcomed and sat down with 2 hot drinks brilliant start , we spoke to Reon about the purchase of Toyota aygo excellent little first car. He was very friendly and professional and made the process alot easier. Whilst waiting for paperwork to be processed we also spoke to Akshay who made us more drinks and was also very professional ensuring us of our choice of car. After collecting the car we had to wait for a few extras to come in that had been ordered such as protective mats, instead of having to go all the way back to the dealership Akshay personal delivered them to my house with my permission. I see this as going above and beyond what a salesman should do and it was very much appreciated and made us feel like valued customer. Living in the North of England, I was looking for a C HR Excel, nearly new with low mileage and able to offer me a good part exchange deal. I searched many Northern Toyota garages but selection was generally poor, there was one I visited but they were out on price and had a very small choice. I googled the car I was looking for and Steven Eagell, came up, they had the best choices, best price and exchange deal. I made an enquiry and received a call back from Kamil, who made himself available to help with what I might need, he was true to his word and responded to a number of my enquires. I settled on an offer for my own car as part of an exchange, I committed to buy a particular C HR, but when I made my offer it had just been sold. Not disheartened I looked at a couple more C HR Excel, they had and on a recent Saturday morning I spoke with Kamil about another car, it was still there, I said I would have it, the time was around 9.00am and I jumped in my car in Leeds and set off for Northampton, asking Kamil, to ring me if it sold during the morning, so I could turn around and go home. I needn't have worried, interest had been expressed in the car that morning but Kamil and his manager had said it was on hold for a few hours awaiting my arrival. I was well greeted by reception staff, refreshments provided and Kamil was with me a few minutes later. A short test drive and I was signing for the car. I was so smooth, made easier by Kamil who guided me through all the procedures. A week later I collected the car, a happy man with an almost new car of my choice and at a price better than anything I found in the North of England, not massively so but enough to make it feel sweeter. I don't know if it might have happened were it not for Kamil, I'll never know but if you go looking there for a car, ask for Kamil, he is quality.

We went to look at the new Rav BZ 4 all electric car. We are so disappointed, as we were going to part exchange our Rav 4 hybrid for the new all electric. We didn't like the new design, it has a hatchback rear door & no rear wiper, it is two tone Matt black, some high gloss black facias in the front. A high instrament panel above the steering wheel. The car looks chunky although it is supposed to be aerodynamic.

I visited Steven Eagell Toyota Northampton twice today. My first visit was to find out about the advertised 0% finance options and the availability of the small Aygo car. My wife needed a replacement small car but with certain preconditions. The car should have a proper hand brake, a manual gear box, and five doors. There was a very helpful meet-and-greet young lady, every member of the showroom floor spoke and asked if they could help me. A senior sales person came to find me whilst I was sitting in the demo Aygo. He quickly established a rappor and answered my present questions. Later during the day, I took my wife to the show room and introduced my excellent salesman. Several questions, a test drive, and several signatures later, and we walked out feeling we had had a very straighforward experience and had organised the purchase of a smart new car with the minimum of fuss. And all this was largely due to the slick organisation of the sales department but mostly down to the manner and attitude of our Salesman, Stephen Keech, who puts his customers first. Well done young man! Gold Star!

Nathan Clark was the Toyota representative that assisted my wife purchase her new car. It would take far too long to share everything that was exceptional about the service that Nathan provided. Prior to recent interaction with Toyota i had been very sceptical of car sales personnel, i have bought a few cars over the years and up until this visit that feeling had not changed. However, me and my wife visited the showroom a couple of weeks ago and once again my defences immediately were up as i was not willing to play ball with the "usual" sales pitch that i had experienced from my previous experiences. But, to my surprise this was not forthcoming, we met a very professional and pleasant salesman named Ziggy (Zeshan). Naturally, he was rushed off his feet, but he and his team managed to provide a very competitive quote for my wife which completely threw me off my prior expectations. Whilst Ziggy (Zeshan) was dealing with the sale of my wife's car he took time to have a "off the record, no pressure" chat with myself about my current situation. Ziggy's (Zeshan's) calming and professionalism in this talk made me take pause for thought and after a couple of days i decided to commence negotiations with him and his team to proceed with a deal for a used Corolla. Again, it was my initial assumption that nothing could be done at this point in my previous deal, but , once again Ziggy (Zeshan) pulled a deal out the bag. We had had a very difficult search for a car with a boot that was large enough to take my mobility scooter in one piece and a hoist. We finally went to Toyota. How I wish we had started our search there! Dan very patiently helped us with all of our requirements and even on the day that we collected our car, when there were problems with the fitting of the hoist to enable the scooter to be lifted satisfactorily, Dan assisted us and the hoist company to find a solution whilst providing us with ample refreshment. At Toyota Northampton we were treated in a friendly and respectful manner by every member of the team. I must say that I didn’t expect to like the new car as much as the car we parting with, which was a different brand, so I was excited when I drove home in the dark and pouring rain (a really good test) to find that it exceeded all my expectations and we absolutely love the car. It is a big car and yet it is light to handle and extremely quiet to run. It has many interesting features and I’m sure there are many more I haven’t yet discovered as we have only had it for two days. We are delighted with the treatment we’ve had and the vehicle we have just bought. If there was one small thing that I would like to change I would like the rear tinted windows to be slightly darker as we travel abroad a lot, but other than that it is a fabulous car. Mark is the best salesman to go to, a real credit to Toyota Northampton! I've first went to Toyota Northampton in 2018 when I was looking to upgrade to a newer, bigger car! I had fallen in love with the CHR and Mark suggested I take one out for a drive! While on our drive we were discussing car prices and my budget when he told me all about their amazing low APR rates! I recently traded in my Aygo at Steven Eagell in Northampton and dealt with Mark Stafford for the sale. I told him what I was looking for and he found me a super Yaris in great condition, low mileage and with extras that are perfect for me - reversing camera, sat nav, Bluetooth, 6 gears - qui te a step up from the basic Aygo! When I got to the showroom to test drive the car, I was greeted by comprehensive covid 19 precautions - a one way system, asked to ensure that I wore my face mask as well as use the hand sanitiser available. When in one of the office cubicles there was a screen between Mark and me and he wore his blue gloves for handling paperwork and keys. I was allowed to take the car out on my own for 30 minutes on my own as due to covid19 the salesperson couldn’t join me in the car. So the dealer plates went on once I had been added to the dealership’s insurance. Mark sorted a good price for me and I took out GAP insurance as well as Smart Insurance. I can’t praise the service I received highly enough. There’s no pressure with Mark - he will do the absolute best for you and your requirements. Overall, great service, great value & I’ve got a great car!

I recently decided to swap my mums as her current model was due to go back on its PCP. Spotted a cracking White Aygo on line and contacted the garage. Joe answered the phone In a very polite, friendly and interested manner. I explained the logistical nightmare I had. I was in Newcastle upon Tyne, my mum is in Staffordshire, and he is sat in Northampton. My initial issue was I was uncomfortable with buying a car on line. Update. Due to covid and a forced redundancy due to company closing. We have had to make a decision to get rid of our gorgeous new rav4 and new chr. The servicing could not be better and as I have a monthly service plan with them which covers the service costs. I've been stuck in a hiring loop with these guys for a few years now. I like the cars but just like most other car places they turn the sales pitches on to maximum cheese factor. My real issue is that they have screwed me around on every service package I've had, trying to pull one over that I don't have a service package, thankfully after some digging I've always found the note/letter that somehow didn't get put onto their system. Sadly they backed my girlfriend into buying another service plan with them on top of the one I already had on her car. Generally nice staff to work with but really unhappy how many 'unfortunate misunderstandings' I've had with them. This will be my last car with them.
