Took my Range Rover in for planned recall work. I’ve had several Audis and have had mixed experiences with dealers. Here the experience was excellent. From the guy on the welcome duty out front through to the staff receiving the car inside it was polite, seamless and professional. Particular thanks to Joe Lewis who took the time to explain what had been done, it has certainly changed my view of main dealer service. We can’t always get things right but from start to finish you all did.

After been treated very poorly by another dealership, I had a completely different experience when dealing with Guy Salmon. Jaideep and Peter Davies in particular ensured things happened. OK, nobody wants a bill for fixing their car. However, having sent my XJ in for a handbrake fault, knowing the part was £800 ish. I was delighted to be told that the tech team had located and replaced a broken wire. Excellent. I was also treated to some additional excellent customer service on collecting the car, as The Sale Manager offered to have my wayward rear number plate, which was on the parcel shelf, reaffixed but ended up replacing it instead. Very pleased to have my Jag fixed and delighted with the customer service too. Thank you to Nick, Fatooma and Roman. Great job.

I visited the new dealership yesterday on recommendation from Joe Lewis. I was extremely impressed with the service that Omar provided. I was also warmly welcomed by the receptionist (unfortunately I did not get her name but she had grey/purple hair), who took her time to welcome me and provide tea and coffee for myself and my partner.

Bought a Discovery Sport from this place last March and everything was fine until last week when the car wouldn’t start. Was towed into the dealership, they kept me on the road with a hire car and found a fault with the ECU which was all rectified at no cost to myself.
I’d like to thank Charlie for dealing with this matter. Professional from start to finish ! Also I’d like to thank the technician who found the problem!

Overall the service level from individual members of staff is excellent.
However, there are issues in the availability of courtesy cars at short notice. I live some 9 miles from the dealership and have no other means of transport so a courtesy car is essential. A problem with my Velar was difficult to resolve as no car was available. In the event I had a courtesy car for part of the repair, then had my Velar back and have to wait a further 20 days for this repair to be finished as there is no courtesy car available until then.
Not good.
Solution - get more other Sydney group cars that cost less than Disco Sport cars.

Guy Salmon Northampton - very good service
I used Guy Salmon Northampton for a timing chain repair and ad blue pump on my Range Rover evoque. After an issue with the warranty company (motoreasy) initially refusing to cover, these guys supported the case and helped me get the car fixed under warranty in the end. Jamie and Seb in service were integral and had good communication. The senior technician Joe would ring and explain what is going on and reassure me which really helped. Although I’m not happy about the car seemingly always having an issue and will probably leave the brand. These guys have given good customer service for the repair! Thanks

Top class dealership. I have 2 dealerships closeby to where I live but I always use Guy Salmon LR Northampton for my new vehicles and servicing needs. Very Professional staff and they will give you impartial advice. You won't be forced to making a decision. Pretty good deals out there but you have to ask for them.
Jaideep (JD) is a top class salesman and an asset to the organisation. He takes utmost case of his customers and will go beyond the normal ways to make the customer happy. Gives very impartial advice and will give you enough time to make a choice. I had a flat tire on the way home after taking delivery of my new car and called JD next day. He took the responsibility on his shoulders and sent me LR assistance people to get my spare wheel fixed and talked to the servicing team and got me an urgent appointment to get the issues resolved.
I liked the way he responded to my calls/emails even after the sale is completed. I don't mind saying I will follow this bloke to whichever delaer he goes next.
Keep up the good work JD and the whole team who made my experience a good one.

So further to the below review I went back for an issue with my car and Kevin in service looked after me superbly. He did a fantastic job of ensuring the issues were resolved but actually communicating throughout. Super service they don't serve cake like some other garages do but the service is worth buying your own cake! Keep up teh great work fully recommend the garage.

The typical car salesman mould has been thrown out the window, what a gent and pleasure to deal with. I purchased a Range Rover Sport SVR recently from this dealership & dealt with Amy Moore in the sales team.
Amy goes above & beyond my high expectations & was extremely helpful, polite & knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the amount of help offered by Amy on deciding what car to purchase. Not only did Amy show me any cars of interest within the dealership she also trawled the whole dealership database & offered me alternatives.
I took up over 4 hours of her time on a busy Saturday whilst contemplating on what car to buy & at no point was Amy anything but helpful & courteous.
I eventually decided on a black SVR & collected the car on Wednesday from the dealership. Amy had gone over the car inside & out to make sure it was 100% perfect & even wiped off water marks from the external paintwork so the car was immaculate.
The whole buying experience was excellent & I just wish I could offer 6 stars for the service received from Amy.
I left the dealership extremely happy with the vehicle & the service received & would recommend Amy to everyone.

I was very impressed with the customer service and sales approach used by Georgie Farrel sales exec at this branch. I already had a vehicle at an alternative independent dealership that I was keen on, however following an enquirie I called the Guy Salmon Northampton branch with a fixed priced budget and with very specific vehicle requirements. Georgie went above and beyond to search multiple branches to match the criteria, she did not once have a 'pushy' sales pitch or hassle me with vehicles that did not meet my requirements or that were outside of my budget. My husband bought my new 2019 Range Rover Evoque First Edition in Nolita Grey for our 25th wedding Anniversary from Rob in sales.
The Car was ordered in Nov/Dec, so we waited a long time for its final arrival, and having had two Evoques prior to this one, I can only say it was worth the wait.
Rob was not available for the hand over but his colleague Georgie Farrow looked after us on the day of collection and she made the whole experience incredible for me and very memorable for us as a family.
We were personally very touched by the gift she decided to give us after learning about our beloved dog Tilly!!
She was very efficient and ran us through everything on the car.. her knowledge of this new model was a refraction of her dedication to the brand.
There was a couple of minor issues prior to the handover but these were dealt with by Georgie. Seeing as she did not sell the car originally she made the new car buying experience a pleasure and from what I have experienced so far the car will do the rest.

I have had my new Discovery HSE Luxe for only one week/400 miles but I am extremely pleased with it to date. From the moment we entered the dealership JD made the whole experience stress free. He took endless time to explain all the options, found a vehicle which was already in the build queue that was still able to be tweaked to my exact spec ( thereby saving approx. 7-8 weeks from the normal delivery period).
The whole transaction was a pleasure with no pressure to "upsell". JD is like no other car salesman that I have met ( I mean that in a good way!) being patient, charming and very knowledgeable- many thanks.
If my ongoing relationship with this dealership is as good as the purchase transaction was I shall be very happy.
( one minor niggly point- very surprised to find dealership software that connects to DVLA unable to cope with registration number with 4 digits so had to have 69 plate, wait for V5, swap registration, and then swap the number plates( to be fair these were also supplied) to the registration I needed).
