Just had my Mitsubishi Outlander first service today. Everyone was polite, friendly and very efficient. Thank you Andy for the coffee and hope you get over your cold soon. Would I recommend this company? Yes 100%, outstanding service.

Recently bought a nice L200 truck off Westaway. I dealt with Andy White who i found exceptional. His knowledge and willingness to help was outstanding. He guided me through every stage and never once did i feel under pressure. He genuinely helped me get the right vehicle for me and not just the best sale for him. I’d definitely recommend this dealership and will be my first port of call in the future.

I bought a second hand Hyundi i20x in 2019from Westaway just before lockdown. It was an excellent price compared to other similar cars on the market at that time. As we lived a long way away I asked if we would be able to drive the car away on the day we came to see it and bought it. The staff were really helpful and agreed to get the car ready to go on the day. 3 years on I can say that car has been totally reliable, I love it and will probably run it into the ground. I have no hesitation in recommending that business.

I do not like car dealerships, and to be honest car dealerships dont like me!! Have been looking at a certain model with certains specs for some time now driving around the country meeting some horrendous salesman. Nathan you were a breath of fresh air. you put up with 1000 questions, phone calls, possibly disagreements but at the end of the day we have a great car and you were polite and patient through the process Which went relatively smoothly with my constant badgering! Hi Westaway, We are not one for writing reviews normally, but in this case we felt compelled to. We recently purchased a second hand Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and have to say the service we received was second to none. All the team that we met were great; offering cups of tea on arrival and throughout our visits and were just generally helpful and welcoming. However, a huge special thank you must go to our salesman Gavin for his excellent service, knowledge and attention to detail; especially for his patience which I am sure we tried to the max with our numerous questions and debates during the buying process. Having travelled the length and breadth of the country and been disappointed with both the cars and the dealers; of which we have seen many over the nearly 10 months of searching; finding a great car at a great price locally has been a god send. We have to say the icing on the cake was dealing with Gavin, who from initial phone call to our viewing of the car, our part exchange deal, our concerns with a few minor issues; to the agreeing a deal, the preparation of the car, the purchase, the sympathetic approach to our requests and additions were all handled in a thoroughly professional and honest and open way which we massively appreciated. It is a rarity to meet a salesman who is not only so knowledgeable and thoroughly professional but is also a very genuine and customer focused nice guy. We are absolutely delighted with our Jeep and look forward to continuing our Jeep journey with Westaway in maintaining and servicing our pride and joy, and watch out Gavin we will be back for our next Jeep in a few years.
