Just had the pleasure of dealing with Wollaston Mini and what a great service from start to finish. I dealt with Jack who was fantastic from the start to handing over my new keys! Communication was excellent and Jack made the purchase smooth and stress free. He helped with everything even the process of removing my PX private plate. My new car wasn’t a Mini this time but a beautiful Zafira they had bought in. Super looking car and as clean as they come. Also a quick mention to Gareth who also helped, he was fantastic too! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Abbie Saunders, who dealt with my initial query professionally by sending a personalised video of the car and followed up with a courtesy call. As I was purchasing my new car through part exchange, Abbie answered all my questions promptly, booked me in for a test drive, did all the paperwork, arranged a new twelve months MOT, car cleaned and as it was a long day, Abbie also gone out of her way to put 100 miles worth of fuel so I’m able to go home without needing to stop for re-fuelling, especially on a Friday evening then followed up with a call couple of days later to check I’m happy with my new car. I recently picked up my Mini Cooper from Wollaston Mini; to say that I have been absolutely impressed with both the car and the service I received would be a vast understatement. With regard to the car itself... I had originally intended to test-drive a few cars (the Mini being the first), but after a few minutes driving the Mini, I really didn't want to continue my search. It's a beautiful car to drive and I am incredibly happy with it.. The service I received - from Lawrence Hayward - was second-to-none. He was incredibly helpful and gave me all the information that I needed. At the same time, there was absolutely no pushy sales talk whatsoever; he simply laid out all the options in front of me, so that I could make the best choice. Additionally, I asked for a few things to be done to the car before I picked it up and he facilitated this with no fuss. In fact the car was ready for collection a day before it was due to be! I can't thank him enough for his assistance and as I said to him at the time, he made the whole transaction completely painless. Purchased my Mini GT from them. Delay in the gold stripes being fitted, worth the wait though. A faulty back boot handle replaced under warranty was easily rectified in a morning. Gareth very professional and helpful with all my questions, and the advice he gave was useful. Friendly staff and will use them again. I had my mini in for repairs under warranty, everything to do with the repairs were fine, not great, just fine, but my car was covered in water marks and some sort of grease on the plastic wheel trim, I've cleaned it up now but it left me disappointed. I'd still use them again though.

So in June this year I went along to have a look at the Mini, and from the moment I arrived in the showroom and met Darren my whole experience of buying a car was like no other. There was no pressure, everything was explained in great detail and for the first time, buying a car it felt a pleasure. At the time we were all very unaware what was ahead, that all new cars would be delayed and I had a car on finance so that needed to be payed off. This could have all become very stressful if Darren had yet again not been so fantastic in keeping me updated by regular communications every week throughout this whole experience. On contacting or visiting the showroom through my experience Darren has been absolutely outstanding and I feel when someone works so hard as Darren this should be recognised. And finally the Mini arrived, I am happy with all the features, Darren took the time to make a quick demo video of some of the important features, which help me greatly.

I am very very happy with the service I received from all at Wollaston MINI. Nathan Buckley approached me while I was still in my 4 year agreement and asked if he could temp me with a new car as there was a "loyalty discount" that I was entitled to, as I was an existing customer. I thought, why not as I had nothing to loose?! Nathan didn't just ask me what I wanted with my new car, but he asked me about my lifestyle and my job, which he then explained and suggested the comfort and nav pack. I went for the new Enigmatic Black paint which is AMAZING . Nathan is not the typical salesman that is usually pushy like I've come across elsewhere. He came back quickly and over the space of a few hours (as this was over email) we had a deal agreed and my new dream car was on its way ! To sign the paperwork and check over my order I went into the dealership where I met the rest of the team. Darren Kench the sales manager greeted me with a massive warming smile. Kevin Gibbs who is the finance manager was also on hand with his calculator attached to his hip to help answer the millions of questions I had. The atmosphere in MINI is very laid back and friendly orientated, they're there to HELP you, rather than the typical sales, pitch , pushiness you get in other places. I cannot express how much I love my MINI and its now my second one. MINI is such a reliable car compared to other cars I've had, the colourful interior lights give it a fun feeling but alongside, it is comfortable and has all the new technology you need. Hopefully in 2023 there will be another loyalty sales event I will want to get involved in again. Thank you thank you thank you to all at Wollaston MINI, I hope you liked your beers and cake, it was the least I could do with your excellent 5 star premium service :)

Whilst looking to purchase a second hand Mini I approached Wollaston branch and was immediately happy with the customer service. As I began to look around outside, I was approached by one of the managers; Darren. He was very welcoming, polite and happy to help. Upon asking further questions he asked one of his colleagues; Gareth, to help. Again, the customer service from Gareth was outstanding and this continued through to the point of a successful sale and a very happy customer! I took our 2011 MINI Cooper S Convertible for its second service to Wollaston MINI in January 2014. They're not our nearest dealership but we had had two poor experiences with the Milton Keynes dealership when we were looking to buy a car and had subsequently been warned off them by friends who had dealt with them and their service dept. Excellent service from Wollaston MINI from the initial booking in on the phone to collecting the car when it was completed. Excellent service by Lawrence Heyward who went out of his way to make my visit and purchase, welcoming, smooth and easy. He was very meticulous, kind, extremely hospitable and incredibly polite. I really couldn't have met a better sales man. In fact even though he sold me the car his attitude is anything but a sales man. You don't feel pushed or cornered and he relay is honest about the product. It has been three weeks and I still phone him for the odd question or two (mainly to do with my lack of knowledge and when I don't understand the car's manual) and he is as pleasant and helpful as ever. I strongly believe that many people can learn from him. The only little down side to the dealership was that I haggled and Lawrence couldn't give any discounts and had to stick to the price advertised. He did try and asked his manager. So 10 to Lawrence for asking and -0- to the manager as I think He/she could have given me at least £100-£200 off. I was however, offered coffee and even sandwiches and 3/4 of a diesel tank. All together I would definitely buy from Lawrence again and again. 1000% to Lawrence and %100 to the dealership Thank you so much Lawrence for the best car purchase experience in my 55 years of life! P.S. Very impolite of me not to mention Debbie Graham who patiently sat with me in the the Mini I was buying and explained every single switch and all that was confusing to me. Again, Debbie too was charming, kind and never pushed me or gave any information that was exaggerated. She has year of experience and was only happy to answer questions no matter how long it took. She was just simply wonderful. Must say again, 1000% to both Debbie and Lawrence and 100% to the dealership. I have just picked up my new Mini Countryman today. I’m over the moon with my car but I want to mention the customer service at Wollaston Mini. Well “service” is almost the wrong word; I have been treated like royalty from start to finish. Nothing has been too much trouble at any stage. I dealt with Nickola Green and cannot praise or thank her enough. No pushy selling, she bent over backwards to get me the best deal and made sure I was fully informed and involved throughout. Today I had the royal treatment; my new car under a cover with a big red bow on it and then a personalised induction to my vehicle after the “big reveal”. Went into Wollaston to choose a nearly-new countryman for my mum, however, once there we ended up buying a brand new clubman and countryman!! Charlotte Fiume helped us from the beginning, she was brilliant!!! All the way to delivery she was friendly, extremely helpful and was determined to help my mum (not so techno-savvy) learn the cars extensive features. At the selection stage Charlotte was very informative on which items to include without bumping the price up too high! And she explained all the available add-ons in a very comprehensive manner - so we knew exactly what we are buying and whether we needed or not. There was NO pushy sales technique at all from Charlotte. My 3 year old nephew went in with us to choose the colour for nanny, on the day Charlotte had a juice and cookie ready for his arrival!
