Bought a VW polo from Anglia square cars about a month ago and have been really pleased with it. The service from Jamie was fantastic, he was really helpful, they even put some new tyres on for me before purchasing. I had a tracking issue with it later on but with the 3 month warranty they sorted out the same day which was amazing service. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. Recently bought a very clean, well maintained and reliable Renault Clio from Mark and Jamie at Anglia Square Cars. Their passion and experience selling cars made for an enjoyable purchasing experience and Mark was readily on hand to provide well versed advice and guidance to support a first-time car owner make their (rather stressful) decision on buying. Jamie helped me to tax and insure the car, and it was ready for collection very quickly after they put it through a full MOT and service. They provided a generous warranty plan, which I’ve not needed to use, though it was nice to have the peace of mind! If I had gone to them first, it would have saved me wasting my weekends trudging around dodgy and disappointing dealerships across the city! These guys are brilliant. I purchased a Honda Jazz from them in their Anglia Square showroom, with its rapidly changing stock, last month. Although they were obviously busy Jamie and his Dad couldn’t do enough for me. They were both courteous and professional and, once they had established my needs, they had me on the road in record time. Their “can do” attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. I was very impressed with this company I had intentions of looking at other cars but once I was in there they were so helpful and genuine and I felt at ease looking for a car they explained everything I needed to know, and once I purchased my car after having a service and M.O.T they explained all about the car before I left. After searching for a new car for months I came across one from Anglia Square Cars through Auto Trader. I called to book an appointment to view the car and was greeted by Jamie. We organised a date for my partner to view, the car was just what we were looking for. We put our deposit down and we’re due to pick the car up a couple of weeks later as we were going on holiday. There were some issues that the car had which Jamie wanted fixing before allowing us to take the vehicle away which is obvious and ideal. Roughly 6-7 weeks after buying the car the Engine management light came on. I called Jamie right away to see what he could suggest. He was straight on it and it was all sorted within a couple of days! Although I never met Jamie face to face he was always a pleasure to speak to on the phone. Anyway I would highly recommend this Family run business, they have definitely gone that extra mile for me! Happy to recommend as I’ve always received 5* service from them.

Imagine? I bought myself a shiny new vehicle. It came complete with all 5 wheels, a key that looks like a floppy disk that confused the hell out of me and fully functioning indicators. Amazing service provided! I thought there was a fault with my wheel bearing as the tire light kept coming on even after I checked the tires for inflation issues and reset the light a few times. This was very near the end of my warranty, even though a wheel bearing wouldn't have been covered they offered to fix it for me for a reduced amount or no cost at all depending on what exactly needed fixing and changing. Without any hesitation they took the car back in, they checked it all over coming up with no problems they done a hard reset of the light and with it not coming back on after a few drives they had returned the car back to me. Even though the warranty yet again wouldn't have covered the bearing and that the warranty was almost finished anyway they still offered me if the light come back on again after my 500mile trip they still would help me out with fixing it and would still reduce if not cover the price of the repair which I thought to be amazing customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing from here as not only will they answer any queries they will try and help you out to the best of there abilities even if they do not have to. Many thanks from one happy Mini owner once again thanks to Anglia Square Cars Ltd.

From the second I walked in there, Jamie was really helpful and not pushy at all which you normally experience. After deciding to buy the car, it was plain sailing and we felt really looked after by all involved. After the sale we unfortunately experienced a problem with the car which was totally out of the car dealerships control - but they did everything they could for us and sorted the issue out with such care and professionalism. Mark, initially, and later Jamie couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Carefully and comprehensibly showed us around the car of our choice, demonstrating all it's features. With no pressurised hard sell we felt comfortable to accept a fair trade in price for our current car. Promised service and new MOT completed, we picked up the car a few days later.
