AWESOME! I cannot recommend David highly enough, throughly professional from the first point of contact, the breakdown of procedures offered, polite, friendly and this was all before meeting him! Appointment booked, deposit paid, I couldn’t wait until my pride and joy was to undergo its first professional detailing. After seeing David on Instagram and the passion he has for cars, I was instantly interested after a few days of watching his content, I messaged him, he responded quickly & I got booked in. On a bitterly cold & windy Thursday, David turned up with a smile on his face, we chatted a bit, and he got started. The effort, hard work & the high-end products that he uses combine to get a Very premium finish. Will be booking in again on his Regular maintenance program. I have been following Auto Refresh's work for a number of months & have been very impressed with what I have seen. I booked my 20 year old convertible back in December for an appointment in April when it came out of hibernation. After discussing my personal needs & focus areas over the phone, David then spent time on the day discussing these needs & his intention with me which i was very impressed with. David brought an extremely high level of rejuvenation to my vehicle. The fabric roof looks better than I have ever seen it & the paintwork now looks showroom condition. Friendly, very professional, great communication and David’s attention to detail is incredible - they look better now than they did when they were first delivered from the dealership.
