Excellent people with very good prices. They serviced my wife's car and MOT'd it for us with barly any notice. We had booked the MOT, but the service was for the next day as they were fully booked at such short notice. When my wife arrived they told her that they could service it too which saved us another journey. Brilliant garage, we will take the other cars there too from now on.

Excellent friendly family business. Nothing was to much trouble when we were part exchanging my old discovery for a newer model and they had a great range of vehicles to test drive and choose from and offered lots of good advice. Emails were responded to quickly answering all the questions I had. Bought a 4x4 from Ben and it developed a small fault just outside of the warranty but Ben replaced the part with no quibble and even lent us a vehicle to get to work. Very fair man and knowledgeable staff.

I bought an older vehicle from Ben Kemp and paid top money for it. However, I considered it better to by a top condition older vehicle rather than a tatty newer one. My entire experience with Ben and his manager,( also Ben) has been excellent. During my 3 month warranty period my truck developed a couple of minor glitches, but nothing you wouldn't expect from that age of vehicle. On both occasions I was warmly welcomed and my faults fixed completely to my satisfaction. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Anybody can sell you a car, they get their reputation from how they treat you when you bring it back with a fault. From my experiences Ben gets 100 percent from me. Far better than the main mini dealer from whom I bought a far more expensive vehicle for my wife. But that's another story. Well done Ben(s).

If you have never visited Ben Kemp 4X4 do so. Lots of clean well presented Cars and Pick up trucks. I was so surprised to see so many Used vehicles of type I wanted in one place. Tried the rest now been to the best I couldn't recommend Ben Kemp Ltd highly enough. My car needs a MOT phoned Ben and the staff were so helpful and polite. Got it booked in when it was convenient for me, upon arrival was greeted by a very polite young man who offered me a coffee and showed me where I could wait while my car was being MOT'ed. The reception area was very clean and welcoming. An overdue 'thank you' to Ben Kemp and team who rescued me from a parent's worst nightmare - a puncture on the school run with five children under 10 (and a toddler). We were thankfully right outside Ben's and even though not officially open yet, they put the kids safely in the office and whizzed the puncture repair through at tremendous speed and for a lot less than I thought. Bought a 2010 Nissan Navara off Ben. Very laid back approach when having a look at vehicle, no pressure what so ever. Let me take it for a test drive on my own which is very trusting. I bought a VW Tigwan from Ben and Ben 3 months ago and I was very pleased with the whole experiance. The buying process was handled with out being pushy and they allowed me to take the car out on a test drive on my own which was great. After buying the car I noticed that some small spots of paint were coming off on the drivers door. Ben Kemp took the car in, gave me a courtesy car and then repainted the whole side of the car under the three month warrenty. I would recommend these friendly chaps to my friends and will be going back myself in the future.

Bought an 05 plate Jeep Cherokee which I had been considering and at the same time a Suzuki Vitara which was totally unplanned, due to the wife and her cam belt having a disagreement! Both cars serviced, MOT'd, cam belts changed, etc and ready for us to pick up within a week. I have had a couple of unforeseeable, age related niggles with the Jeep, which Ben sorted promptly for me. Needed an urgent MOT so, despite having not used them before, I called Ben Kemp Ltd and was given a time slot the same day. On arrival I was amazed at the cleanliness of the operation and impressed with the whole operation - I was warmly welcomed by a man known as "Felix"and directed to the MOT bay.. During the MOT a water leak was discovered and it was dealt with immediately, totally without fuss, and I was not charged for the additional work. This, to me, was a really lovely gesture and I will be returning for service work etc to my other vehicles when necessary. If you need service work, repairs or an MOT this is most definitely the place to head for - easy access on the B1108 - just off the main by-pass. Many thanks from a truly grateful customer. Very frindly. The best and tidiest place I've been too. All cars are unlocked so you haven't got to be embarrassed or hassled to ask for keys. Bit over priced tho
