Busseys was able to help us out whilst we were away on holiday. A little delay to what we expected and arranged, but in the end was sorted out and we're able to return home a day later than planned. Very friendly staff on two occasions, one when we arranged to have the car delivered by ourselves and upon collection, seem to have a procedure when the car arrived but what could and should have happened for an hours work was delayed until we were told that they have up to 5 days once the vehicle was booked in. We understood that it was to be checked upon arrival next day and advised that day so we knew how long and if parts were required we could make arrangements to return home and plan what to do about our caravan and site arrangements. But after calling in everyday and then travelling the 40 miles by bus and train and taxi it took only a little while to remove the fault by computer on Friday afternoon when the car was with them on Wednesday morning.

First time I have had to use a main dealer but I was treated as though I was buying a new car, despite my car being 17 years old. Was very surprised at the cost of the work that needs to be done, a lit cheaper than I first thought. I guess the old main dealers are expensive thoughts are long gone.

Needed a part for my car and it was not much more than a second hand one and would be available in a couple of days. Price quoted was the total price. The chap was very helpful. Got to be honest, the service team were really helpful, friendly and cheerful. Nice greeting on arrival, fully Covid compliant with one way system in place . Service completed well with in time frame, full health check video emailed to me to view showing tyre tread levels, brake pad thickness etc. Again, nice greeting from team when we collected. I will definitely return for our next service, highly recommended 👍

Fantastic team! Excellent service. My car went in with a warning light fault. On arriving I was shown to customer waiting area and offered tea or coffee. After a short wait I was seen by Kevin who kept me informed on my cars progress. Got my car back fixed with a video emailed to me of what was done to my car and details of possible future problem areas. Very thorough service from a cheerful friendly team-well done!

Booked in here to get my Transit chassised motorhome MOT with an early (8am) waiting appointment. Delighted with the staff inside, especially during these covid days. Everything was very safe, clean and secure. They would of got a five star review, but it was extremely clear that the mechanic had extremely dirty shoes on. Drivers side was full of filthy footprints, mud and stones. I would of thought a Ford garage would of put a paper mat on the floor to protect customers clean carpet. I have even had to use a stain remover today to get it clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this garage, but I would recommend you ask the staff member taking your keys to make sure the mechanic puts down a protective sheet in the foot well before doing the works required.

Needed help with remote locking key for my recently acquired 2nd hand Ford car. Took key into Bussey’s and, after short wait, they replaced the failing battery free of charge. Also helped with answers to a couple of small questions I had as there was not a handbook with the car. Most obliging and helpful.

Had to take my car there as other garage couldn't find the problem with my emissions. They sorted the problem for me. The staff I dealt with were cheerful and helpful. Had a cup of tea as had to wait a while. The only downside I feel was the cost, it was a bit pricey for my liking.

Very well presented showroom all clean and tidy. I have bought 2 new cars from busseys and 1 used car. The 2 new cars went through with no real problems at all. Excellent customer service skills executed by the sales executive and really did everything he could to help. The only issue came when buying a used car , i took it for a drive the evening of picking it up and it broke down. Even so the car came with AA cover and was all recovered and back to the dealership within the hour. Busseys fixed the problem on the warranty and made things right. I also noticed some problems with the paintwork that needed sorting that I didn't notice before purchasing the car. They quickly resolved the problem for me and only charged me a small fee as we couldn't agree weather it was like that when picked up or not. Either way despite the problems with the car that slipped through the net Busseys went to great lengths to solve the problems and keep a happy customer. I'm confident that I would recommend them as a dealership.

Absolutely great service from start to finish. Went into buy a car because I had been let down by Thurlow Nunn Vauxhall on hall road Norwich. I was served with a smile (from the young lady katie that helped me buy my car) and was treated with the upmost professionalism from the moment I walked in the door. Got exactly what I was looking for and I can't rate them better. Will definitely recommend them for service. I had 2 cars in mind a feista or a focus in red and I chose the focus titanium because of the style and engine. Thankyou very much Busseys.

Service desk is pleasure to speak with weather on the phone or in person. Just when trying to fix vehicle inaccurate diagnosis has been done and had to take route of replacing a part (EGR valve) that wasn't the main reason of the non-start condition.

I havent bought a car from busseys, infact we havent been to a car sales place since our horrendous car shop experience and loosing £500 a few years ago, but thats another story!! I just wanted to write a review as we where a bit worried about car shoping with all the pressure car salesmen normally give. But i have to say we spoke to a very lovely man today called Adam Brighton. He gladly showed us around with no pressure to buy and seemed happy to show us inside a few cars to compare sizes etc. We will definitely be returning! And will pass on the recommendation to family and friends, thanks again for your help!

I recently bought a new Ford Focus from Bussey’s Ford in Norwich. I was in the market for a Ford Focus and landed on their doorstep without an appointment. They just happened to have a new automatic Focus parked in their showroom. Peter Feltham, the genuinely affable sales representative was kind enough to offer me a test drive the same day taking it out of the showroom. I was sold as soon as I drove the Focus and I booked the car. We did another finance meeting where I had to sign a few documents a date set for the handover. It was a brilliant transaction with no problem whatsoever. I would be happy to recommend Bussey’s Norwich and Peter to anyone planning to buy a new car.
