Fantastic service! Bought a car from here a couple of weeks back, and can't say enough good things about them. Everyone I spoke to was kind, courteous and helpful. As I lived some distance away, but was interested in a car, they went out of thier way to accommodate me at a time I was available, they gave me a very fair trade in price for my old car, and when I discovered a minor issue with the car I had bought, they arranged directly a local garage to me to get the issue sorted out so I didn't have to drive back over to them, and the whole time they made me feel like I was the most important customer they had, which these days is a truly underrated skill!

In my experience you cannot please all the people all the time. These guys deserve much higher reviews. I bought a low mileage Car that had a few Marks and kerbed wheels when I initially viewed it. Kevin and Trevor looked after me. Got any scuffs and wheel kerbing sorted. The car came with a full service, 2 new tyres on the front new MOT and fully valeted . The car is like new. I didn't haggle on the price as you cant have a cheap price and top quality, it doesn't work. They also delivered to Luton in the deal. Could have shopped around and found one a little cheaper may be, but I would be surprised if I would find a better service. Great job. Pay no attention to the whining reviews, but don't expect them to give the car away. pay a fair price and get the service you expect.

I purchased a C4 Picasso from Car Scene a few weeks ago and dealt with them mainly by email, due to my work commitments. I dealt with Kevin and Trevor and they were great in arranging the delivery of my new car, straight to my door. The car was clean and as described and a nice touch with the chocolates and drink on arrival. The Air Con wasn't working, but they allowed me to get this done locally and paid the garage directly with no issues at all, thanks again would highly recommend.

BMW F11, Great service from car scene, friendly sales team & director. I did have a couple of problems with the car a week or so after purchase, Kevin was very helpful in offering to sort the car. Due to geographical reasons I had the car fixed at my expense at another dealership local to me, Kevin then kindly paid the bill and the car is all in order again. Would recommend.

I urgently needed to change my car during the pandemic owing to the clutch starting to go on my Skoda Fabia with 170,000 on the clock. I wanted another Skoda Fabia diesel and found a suitable, low-mileage model at Carscene through Auto Trader. It even had a tow bar which meant I wouldn't have to spend £400 on installing a new one to take my bike rack. I was worried about buying a vehicle 'blind' as it was impractical to view the car in Norwich when I live in Cornwall and so I had to rely on the honesty of Kevin and Trevor to give me a video and verbal appraisal of the car before I agreed to buy it. During the appraisal, I asked if the cam belt was due or had been done. The car only had 44k on it (the belt should be good for 100k) but it was due on age, so without skipping a beat, Kevin agreed to do it before sending the vehicle down to me. They took my old and rather tatty Fabia in part-exchange and arranged delivery for £300 which I thought was a very reasonable fee for a round trip of over 700 miles, When the car arrived, it was clean inside and out, everything worked as it should and the car drove superbly. An added bonus was that Kevin had had a little extra installed in the boot - a bottle of Rioja and a box of Ferrero Rocher - a lovely little touch. The only minor niggle was a broken seat adjustment lever which was not a biggie as the mechanism still worked. However, I mentioned it to Kevin and again, without skipping a beat, he offered to order one from Skoda and have it sent to me. Having been in business myself for many years, I recognise good customer service when I see it and the service I have received from Carscene has been exemplary, with excellent attention to detail and a nothing-is-too-much-trouble attitude which is becoming increasingly rare. While buying a car long distance could be scary, they did everything possible to make it easy and reassuring. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

Having pondered and researched for several weeks on what and where to buy my next used car I ended up at the highly regarded local dealership namely Carscene Ltd. They had all three of the models that i was interested in and was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Gareth and Trevor I was happy to purchase from them. That was about a month ago, since then i had a problem arise last week with the central locking which i returned to Carscene with, they supplied me with a courtesy vehicle carried out the necessary repair and even delivered my vehicle back to my home. Having read some of the other reviews I must say that my experience with Carscene has been a pleasure from the start until now. I viewed the car and had a test drive and at no time was under any pressure to buy it. Since I purchased the car they prepared it ready for me to collect. All they said they would do was carried out and some additional items were attended to. I have returned the car for a small item to be looked at and again while the car was with them they noticed a tyre which was suspect and replaced for me free of charge. I have always found them to be helpful, polite and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. I will definitely be dealing with them again.

My thanks to Lee for coming in on his day off to sell me my S-Max. Got all the time i wanted to look round the car, with no breathing down my neck. I also got a much longer than expected 'proper' test drive, on a mix of roads for a good 20 mins. No pressure nor any ridiculous options forced on me. Couple of issues i had with the car were sorted with no fuss (money refunded to address a paint issue at a local bodyshop and a broken undertray paid for and sent to my local Ford dealer). Most other dealers in my experience would have told me to get lost. Carscene didn't, so that's a thumbs up from me (especially as it's a 6 hour round trip, if i had to go back to get them resolved!)

We recently bought a car from Carscene after 2 years of car nightmares from another second hand car dealership. We had a difficult time deciding how we were going to trust and feel like we could buy another second hand car. It had been an expensive two years. We took ourselves to Carscene in Norwich and bought a Volvo c30. We were very honest about how we felt and have only good things and nothing but praise for how Lee and they owner treated us. We were so confident in fact that we returned a coupled of months later to buy a second car. If you are thinking of who to go to, I can highly recommend them. I do not understand the bad rating they have received. I can only say that our experience was outstanding.

Bought a Ford Galaxy 2L TDCi Ghia from Carscene Ltd with my son, for his growing family. Gareth (dealer) was very professional in the business transaction. All things that were agreed in the price were completed on time and as discussed. To date we have been very pleased with the car. Updated 14 December 2019 The Ford Galaxy continues to be a great success with my son's family who love it. My wife has just now had her car written off after a rear end collision that robbed her of her reliable vehicle needed for her work. We have today returned to Carscene Ltd to buy a fantastic Toyota Aygo. We're really pleased with this vehicle as well.

I dealt with Mr Lee Davies throughout and I have to say it was one of best experiences of buying a vehicle in 25 years of driving. Very helpful, very fair and couldn't do enough to make the purchase as easy as possible. I was left to take my time and look over the vehicle, not pressured at all to make the sale, and once agreement was reached was also collected from selling my old car. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and have every intention of returning in the future.

Bought my car yesterday, car seems fine so far but time will tell, car drives good, was well valeted before I got it, my only gripe was that I paid £ 50 admin for fuel etc and there was no fuel put into the car. Last Saturday when I test drove the car the gauge read slightly under a 1/4, and yesterday it was almost the same .so they have done me for twenty quid .Not a great deal of money really but that is definitely not the point .I notice they have done this to other customers, but other than the fuel they seemed professional and customer focused. But will be ringing them tomorrow about diesel

September 2019, purchased a mazda 6 tourer, beast of a car love it so much, had a problem with shuddering breaks, Lee put new discs and pads all round no questions asked, even drove to my works half an hour away and collected the car did the work and delivered back. What lovely people. I collected a car on 22nd Jan and love it only problem I had was 2 rear head rests were missing. I called them to see if they were taken out when they cleaned car but to my knowledge the car came in without. Kindness out of their hearts they are going to source me some so forget all the one stars people put on here it's not nice like all of us we make mistakes but usually can be sorted. I called in at Carscene after spotting a car I liked on Auto-Trader, I was assisted and given advise, offered a fair price for my aging high mileage Renault Megane and test drove two cars. I couldn't decide so asked to have a longer test drive, the owner kindly organised this for me. After which I made a decision; the car represented a good value and the owner had the car serviced (including Cambelt / Water pump) MOT'ed, replaced two tires that were near to limit and valeted the car. I have had one small issue since purchase (Cruise Control) this was resolved the same day and I was provided with a courtesy car. The negative reviews are completely disproportionate and in my opinion can be put down to people only having the time to complaining. The day I brought my car they sold at least three others so in the grand scale of things a few negatives represents a very very low number or buyers.

Was the transaction perfect? No, but still good. It was a used Berlingo, at the older end of their age spectrum but perfect for my 88yr old Father who has put a few scrapes on the paint etc. The only real issue was a seat air bag warning light, they reset it before purchase, it came on a week or so later, I took it back and waited, they reset it again and a few weeks later it came on. 10-11 months later when it's MOT time I simply investigated it myself, cleaned the connections under both seats with spray cleaner and the issue hasn't come back. Perhaps if I'd gone back more often they'd have realised it was a persistent issue and found it and fixed it, but if that's the only issue on a car nearly 10 years old at a decent price, then I'm quite happy. I can see how people may not like the owner's approach but I'm far happier dealing with somebody who's going to be blunt than a sales person who's just looking to get the best commission on the single sale, so each to their own. I only came to read the reviews because I am now looking for a car and went to check out whether they had one, so I must have been happy with the service.

I always like to write a review when I have received excellent service from a company and as always (this is my second car from Carscene) the standards are still as high. From the moment I stepped onto the forecourt the salesmen let me take my time in looking at the different cars, test driving whichever cars I was interested in (even if it does mean moving several to get to it) and not being over bearing in trying to sell me something. As a woman I think it is important to have a salesmen that is not trying to be overbearing and make you feel pushed into buying a car that may not be what you originally set out to buy. When I went to collect the car I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers. That is customer care and service at its best.

Hi purchased a Vauxhall Zafira just over a year ago and had a few problems with it but they were very helpful and got car sorted which ended in carscene sourcing a replacement engine and getting it fitted at their expense and every time they had car I was giving a car to use. When I need a new car with be going back there first to have a look. A great garage and great after sales so all in all I would recommend this garage to anyone.
