Very pleased with the service provided. A pleasantly relaxed approach to the buying of a new car. Excellent test drive and Richard was a knowledgeable and helpful contributor to our decision making with regards to our purchase. The range of vehicles was good and the preparation of the new car was excellent. It was also helpful to be able to use a very reasonable short term insurance policy before changing our own with regard to the new vehicle. All in all I would recommend the Carstore as a very good option in the search for a new car and would certainly use them again in the future.

All staff were very helpful as I was very picky choosing my car. Came in to look at an A1 they had in Norwich, came away with an A3 from Nottingham! Ben, the salesman I was dealing with, was very helpful from start to finish, kept me updated all the way through, and got the delivery pushed through very quickly. There is a dent in the side of the car which has been arranged to be fixed at a time to suit me. All in all very accommodating and profession and would highly recommend.

I can't praise these guys enough I only walked in to get an idea for price on a part x and ended up walking away with a new car. In the first week of July 2020 when lockdown rules were eased slightly to allow affected companies to open again, we bought a car from The Car Store in Norwich. Covid precautions were excellent and adhered to by all the staff with whom we came in contact. Sam, a very polite and smart young man, showed us the car in which we were interested. Long overdue review!! But these guys are seriously amazing, Heidi, Jack & the lovely guy with the blue eyes and dark hair (I believe it's Jon). They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, got me the most for my money and made sure I knew how to look after my car (as its my first car). All preconceived ideas of a car dealership were quashed by Sam with his attentive and friendly service. My friend had to give up her beloved manual for an automatic and didn't have a clue what she wanted. Sam went through all the pros and cons of various cars after listening carefully to what was important to her. He ran about in the rain bringing cars to the front so my friend didn't have to traipse about. There was no slick sales patter just a genuine feeling that Sam wanted my friend to drive away with the right car for her at the right price for her budget. I know we asked the same question countless times but he pretended it was the first time he heard it and always answered with patience and kindness. He recognised that at times my friend found the process overwhelming but he took it all in his stride and went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable with her choices. We were very happy with the price of the car she chose and negotiated a good deal for the part exchange. Apart from Sam being blooming marvellous, it's a lovely, clean and modern building, comfy chairs, nice coffee (lovely mocha) and really nice toilets. I highly recommend The Car Store Norwich, especially if you are a woman of a certain age (like us!) who needs guidance and advice that you can trust.

They try to sell extra warranty and car protection which was a little tedious. I found that the alternating two sales people was a tad confusing. We were given space to look around any cars with no hassle and then took three out on test drives. Paul was fantastic, there was no hard sales pitch here and we were given time to make our decision. Amazing service! Great people! Lovely cars! Initially I bought a car in Janaury 2019 from Ryan Parker & David Bray however after owning just a short 4 months I realised it wasn't for me. I saw a car online which was located in Gloucester and paid for it to be transferred over to Norwich. This Saturday just gone I went and viewed the car and bought it there and then. Both David and Ryan were amazing from start to finish. David called me to confirm the order had been placed to transfer the car on the Monday and by the Thursday he rang to say it had been delivered. Ryan then contacted me between Thursday and Saturday to confirm he had the valeters giving it a good spruce up prior to me viewing. Saturday soon came around (the day I was viewing the car) and once again I couldn't ask for more when dealing with both Ryan and David. There were a couple of minor points I wanted checking over before going ahead, nothing was too much trouble. Nice and freindy staff. We wanted to veiw 2 cars bmw 5 series and a 3 series coupe. When we arrived there were next to each other. You can compare by looking at them both. Picked the one that i really liked which was a 3 series coupe, went for a test drive. Car drove nicely apart from bad vibration at the front when braking hard. Told them i would like another test drive if they sorted the bad vibration. Put down refundable deposit. Sorted the bad vibration had new discs and pads all round :) test drive was spot on!! Some of the lads are young in there and messing around front of house got a bit much when they are headering a blow up football And messing about. Don’t get me wrong it’s good to have fun but you can do it and be professional. customers were walking in and they just carried on and I felt quite embarrassed by it but relieved I had someone sensible looking after me. Im doing this on beharf of my dad The servis was rwaly good came in on the saterday the 13th to ask about selling my car but disnt realized you need to make a appointment and that it close at 5pm as it was 4.40 but they still got some one to come a look at it and sort prity much everythink out then andrew the person who was helping us said to come back tomorrw on sunday 14th as it was 5.30 by the time everythink was done he sayed late to give us a price we was rely happy with and he came in on his off day to help us sell it only took 30 mins of paperwork and money was in next day monday 15th
