D.From start (where I was allowed to test drive my preferred model car for a proper test drive - not just round the block) to the finish where the car I purchased was presented to me in top condition, I was really, really, pleased with the way I was treated throughout. There was NEVER any pressure to buy at any time, in fact I think the sales people are so confident in the "saleability" of their products they don't feel pressurised to sell (unlike other main car dealers who jump on you as soon as you walk through the door.!). I had an initial issue with my car which was quickly resolved by the salesperson coming to sort it out at my house.! (What other dealer does that.?!!) - I have made some further enquiries about the car and on accessories by phone and have been responded to politely and quickly. In summary - GREAT DEALERSHIP - WILL RECOMMEND ANY TIME.!
R. V.Customer service at its best! This is the second vehicle i have bought from them and credit is due. The cars speak for themselves . So what is next? well it's customer service and Constitution Motors do that so well. From first point of contact to after sales and service they are hard to beat. A smile and robotic greeting is not what you get here. Your treated as a friend from the outset and thats how it continues. Nothing is too much trouble and every request is greated with open arms. A knowledge of how to look after the customer comes with experience and these ladies and gents have it in abundance. There are "Contenders" but Constitution Motors sit at the top !
