We met with Lee to look at a used car as an upgrade from my current car. He was so helpful and listened to any concerns I had. Lee made the process so calm and straightforward and the valet clean up result of the car I bought was so amazing, it seemed like a new car! A reliable second hand car shop that can allow buyers to drive the selected car by themselves before purchase. Group 1 accept customers who hold Hong Kong Driving Licence, preferably hold International Licence at the same time. No deposit required. It offers 3 months repair and maintenance services and top up yearly contract in very competitive prices. It also conduct passed MOT before handover cars to clients. Very surprising that some gifts will be given to interested purchasers.

Sold car with fairly large dents which only noticed after purchasing. Wasn't told about them and payed high price as I thought it had no damage. Will not contribute towards the price of fixing either. I understand I should have thoroughly inspected but the car is black which makes it very hard to spot dents until the light hits it just right.

Bought my car from here and that was great. But trying to get an MOT through their service centre is terrible. Twice I've booked it in and asked for a courtesy car. Twice I've turned up and they haven't had one despite accepting the booking. Apparently the online booking process doesn't convey any of the information you put in to the garage.

I recently bought a Mercedes SL 400 from this dealer. I dealt with Martin which was a brillaint experience. When I called as an interested customer he took the car out, made a complete custom video for me taking quite a bit of time in it to go through the features and controls. It was a very good video, I could have been quite happy buying it there without seeing the car tbh. Fast forward we paid a deposit and arranged a test drive. He allowed us to check the car out at our leisure. I must have spent 30 minutes looking over the cars panels, paint work, interior etc before a test drive. We werent rushed or prodded at all. He then recommended a really good route where we were able to test the car out for some time in different road conditions. They serviced the car for us before pick up, sorted out a repair I had not detected and gave me a very honest coverage of its history, upkeep and background. Overall he was very straight forward to deal with, not pushy (allowed us time to have a think about the car before buying it) and answered all our questions quite honestly and patiently. To top it off he even gave us fuel in the tank before we left to head back to London. Brilliant service and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks alot! Wish you all the best for the future.

Bought a car from the Peterborough branch, driven over for a test drive with the view of trading mine in. There was a minor issue that I picked up on. After the test drive I spoke with Lawrence (workshop) who booked it straight in for rectification of the issue. Upon leaving the car with Lawrence and the team he made sure the issue was fixed, and also replaced two worn tyres and supplied a new tyre air compressor. Cant fault the service. Popped down on a quiet Sunday to have alook at car advertised online. Once I was ready Darren was on hand to pull car out to let me look and inspect. I was then able to take for a test drive and at no point was there any pressure to purchase. When I did decide to buy, the process was easy and car was ready on agreed time and day. Had one minor fault in first week which Darren arranged to sort within days and it was. My overall impression is they have alot of nice cars that will sell themselves so dont need to be pushy.

I have purchased 2 cars from Autodevotion over the past year. A Ford Torneo and a Nissan Juke. I was really happy with both deals. The Torneo was priced very fairly. I got a great trade in deal on the Juke. In fact the DS3 we traded in fetched £1000 more than Desira offered!! And they sold us the car new!!!!! Salesmen were not pushy at all and treated my other half with respect. Recommended 👍👍

I purchased a car about a month ago,within the first day i experianced some issues which i was really concerned about. ( I travelled 160 miles to collect it) however Ian the general Manger was very responsive and got the issue resolved with my local Merc specailist. Things can go wrong with second hand cars, but its how the dealer ,deals with it. Ian has been brilliant and i would 100% recommend doing business with him

I’ve been taking my cars to Autodevotion on Hall Road for servicing/repairs for several years. The customer service is outstanding. Lawrence is very knowledgeable and always offers excellent advice. My most recent visit was for an engine management light caused by an injector. Ordinarily this would cost £400 to fix but Lawrence suspected it could be claimed on warranty due to recent emissions problems on all VWs. It took a lot of time and effort for Lawrence to convince a VW main dealer that this repair should be covered but he persevered and I got my car repaired for free! I thoroughly recommend Autodevotion.

I bought my passat about 2 months ago, i scanned the car for ages looking for dinks ,scratches and stone chips, it had a couple of dinks and the odd light mark on it which for a 6 year old car is acceptable, i thought id send the car off for a proper valet inside and outside including a hand polish by a well known detailer in my town, they called me up and asked if i was aware that the car was covered in stone chips down both sides and the front end, i was a little confused tbh because it was not when i looked over the car or i would not of bought it, turns out when they washed it and used an iron fallout cleaner and de tar the car it showed them the car had been prepared with a smear paint which you apply to cars riddled in fine stone chips, its a very fine liquid paint the you apply abit like polish and it fills in any tiny chips making the car look great temporarily, untill you wash it several times or decide to have it detailed, then the cleaning process removes the smear paint leaving you with a car that looks awful, be warned, its also had a bad repair on the rear bumper after calling to see a body shop about the paintwork, mechanically the car is great but body wise my 8k car looks like a car worth half that.
