A truly unique experience that I'll never forget. A chance to see a major new car being created from scratch. My guide Nick was brilliant and I left looking forward to my order for the new Emira even more than I was before.

Delivered materials to Lotus, Hethel today. Always liked Lotus cars, so this was a treat. They also have a museum on the history of Lotus Racing, pricey but very good. Great facilities and layout, more lines under construction.

Scare you self Silly, great day out. Driving Lotus cars around the hethel test track , and then being driven by instructors. Learnt a lot about your driving and technique. recommended.

A huge lotus fan for many years and since the first Elise S1 - including classics (though a little old for me). Have owned and own several including last favourite 2-11. Had arranged for a visit to see Lotus and their history and facilities - compared with the other marques - Lotus falls into an enthusiast category and as such its not up to the league of other companies we visit. The goes across everything from facilities to staff. We felt everyone we met here was 'at work because they had to be at work' Tour and talk was fine and the track was fun. You can come here for specific Lotus driving events booked in advance and as per their calendar. We intend to be back for one such event We talked about the Evora 400. When and why on earth so long to launch an open version
