C.Sold our car the Hammond after receiving a valuation a few months ago. When we returned the second valuation offered was slightly lower than the first, but this is of course to be expected given the passage of time and increase in mileage. Happy with the attentive service we were given and ease of the process. Friendly dealership, no messing around, or pushiness which is great. Thanks Tim, you have been great and we will certainly bear Hammond in mind in the future.
H. B.Went there after finding a car online I really liked, the staff members were all friendly and helpful. Tim looked after me, I payed the deposit and a few days later it was ready for picking up. The car needed a few bits done but they got it done fast and kept me up to date with the car. I then met Mark which sold me the car fast and simple. Had it a few days now and so far so good 🔥. Defo recommended this place as you can buy with confidence 👍🏽

H. D.Absolutely great experience! went to have a look at A BMW yesterday at about 1 o’clock had a look round and Alex gave me the keys for a test drive. Spoke to him and he was very knowledgeable about the car he was selling. And decided that I was going to have it. He help me through all the steps and all points of the sale he was 100% on his game and helpful. The car needed to have new pads in and he got it done on the day and drove home with it last night no fuss at all and so easy will definitely be going back next time !
D. B. a. C.My partner and I purchased a BMW 320D M sport from the Norwich branch. Took it on a test drive, drove beautifully. Decided to buy it. Hammonds mot’d, serviced it and completed an AA check. Picked it up a week later, but after driving it for a day or two, a problem occurred within the braking system through no fault of their own. It was an issue which wouldn’t have been picked up on the AA inspection and nor did our local garage have any success in finding it. It look a BMW specialist to dig deep to find the issue for us, which was then relayed back to Hammonds who said they are more than happy to cover the cost of the repairs in full. Our car is now booked in for this work to be carried out. We cannot fault Jamie King, Alex Walker and the current branch manager for the service they have provided from the initial purchase of the car from Jamie to the aftercare shown from both him and Alex. Kept up to date from the moment we bought the car to sorting our car issue. These things happen, it’s how it is dealt with that matters and we honestly cannot fault them in any way. We are so happy with our car, and also the price offered for my Audi for my PX. All round really happy and would recommend these to anyone👍🏻
V. F.I went from Edinburgh to pick up a Kia Optima as delivery option was too expensive. I dealt with Rory on the phone beforehand and he checked the car over for me many times for various things and also for dents and scratches. He went out of his way to chase up my queries and was very patient as I had multiple questions for him each time we spoke on the phone and he provided all the information I needed.
Really good experience and would buy again from them.
As with anything, make sure you do your research, ask as many questions as you need before you travel down and check the car properly before you drive off.
