I dont usually leave reviews but I'm so impressed with HD Car Care products I just had to. I popped over to their unit to pick up a few cleaning essentials, Chris was really knowledgeable and advised me what products would suit me and how to use them correctly. I initially gave the car a good clean and wax and found the products much easier to use than others I have previously used. But it wasn't until nearly 2 months later when I gave the car its next clean and all the dirt, grime and bugs just fell off with no trouble at all and the car looked like it had just had a days detail on it, which to me is proof of the products. I will be using HD products from now on.

I have used the 36 pack of microfibres and the lime pre wash. The lime prewash is very effective. Good dilution ratio and a very competitive price point. The microfibres I took to my workplace ( classic car restoration) we was having trouble with the cloths we were using marring fresh black paint. These cloths sorted this problem. For the price point they are probably the softest cloths I have used ,absolutely fantastic for fresh dark paint with no marring at all. Highly recommended .👌🏻 👍🏼

I purchased HD Car Care ph neutral snow foam ,glass cleaner,tar and glue remover ,ultra concentrated ph neutral shampoo and the non acidic wheel cleaner ,all these products performed superbly a particular standout was the wheel cleaner which is dilutable and the best I have ever used .

Chris is fantastic to deal with and extremely knowledgable. He’s a complete car nut and loves detailing. I have never had a car professionally detailed and ceramic coated but I wish I had taken my car directly from the dealership to him rather then letting the dealership prep my new car. He was very quick to answer all my emails and calls. I had the full 5 year Gyeon MOHS+ ceramic coat package with wheels off treatment, and I cannot recommend him and the company highly enough. I had my 2013 Audi A4 Avant 2.0 TDi in Monsoon Grey given the Premier Valet, after having owned the car for 4 years and driven some 60,000 miles. Chris @HD Valeting did an amazing job - the car looks like it's just come out of the showroom!! Exterior is superclean & polished (as new), door shuts, sills etc are all spotless and the interior is now devoid of any stains on the fabric seats and dustfree - smelling and looking super-fresh!! Engine clean has made the car look like new. On contacting HD, Chris Bell was most helpful and informative. Due to my pending long period of absence from the country, HD were able to safely garage my vehicle (Jaguar XF) in the interim and have it looking pristine and ready for collection on my return. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and the coating applied has made a new car look even better. Subsequent inclement weather has highlighted the benefits of the coating for shedding rain and road dirt. I would not hesitate in recommending HD to anyone and will probably be looking for them to repeat the process on my second vehicle in the near future.

My Tesla had 2years of abuse before I brought it. The Paint was very dull and felt like sandpaper. The interior looked a mess. But after 5 days with Chris and Charles and now it’s better than new. I’m unbelievably impressed by the transformation. The red multicoat paint really zings. And the interior has a superb lustre. And with two coats of ceramic it’s going to continue looking that way. Black Jag F1 Convertible: Decided I wanted to keep my car looking its best especially during the Winter month. Found HD Valeting Norwich on-line offering the Gyeon Ceramic Coating, contacted Chris and from the start he offered a first class service throughout. My car was booked if for a week to carry the work out and when I called to collect, it was in a showroom condition, if not better. Chris also water proofed the roof which is performing better that from new. My only regret is that Chris didn't inform me that for a little extra cost he could have Gyeon treated the engine bay as well. For me this would have been a no brainier, don't forget to ask for this add on. Now 2 weeks later I have washed the car for the first time with products supplied by Chris and I am just as happy with the results. I will post again in 3 months with an update after washing as recommended, with the Gyeon after care products. At the time I am extremely happy that I found Chris, his team and HD Products.
