Best customer service ever I bought my Honda Civic online from another Honda dealership in Grimsby terrible customer service!! But Holden Honda have restored my faith in the Honda brand the whole team at Holden Honda are fantastic , I wish I had bought my car from Holden but unfortunately when I was looking there were only 2 civic turbo sport autos 21 plate in grey in the whole country . I will certainly have my car serviced at Holden 5 star service thanks.

Great service as usual from Honda, Louis was very helpful and took the time to explain what had happened to my vehicle whilst in their care. I delivered my car to them in a bit of a dirty state, when I received the car back it had not only been fixed but fully cleaned inside and out. No hesitation in recommending.

Yet again i have a Fully serviced my D-tec sport and it feels as good as new. The car is nice and clean inside and out as well. All this during a time of social distancing and at short notice (my bad sorry). One very satisfied customer.

I ordered my new car last Tuesday (29th June) and took delivery of it today. The whole process could not have been smoother. Phil Cooke was superb - excellent customer service. I should also highly recommend the Service Department. I took my car in for a 30,000 mile service on 29th June. The Service Department identified that the computers were saying the car did not need a service for another 100 days so did not want to go ahead and service the car when it was not necessary. I can think of other service departments I have dealt with for other makes of car who would have carried out the service regardless. During this period of Covid Holden Honda have made me feel welcome and valued. Would highly recommend for both new car sales and car servicing.

Usual service for maintanamce, Mot etc. Staff always helpful. Showroom accessible, clean etc. One small point, answering incoming phone calls from customers is an issue, had to ring Volvo next door and a kind receptionist took my number to them by hand. System should be answered by someone to prevent this problem. That said I love my Honda car which had never let me down

I needed a new mobility car as my lease on my car was nearly at an end. Everything@Honda was a little bit too laid back. As I wear glasses, I do struggle with a mask on indoors. James who served us said I didn't have to wear one in the showroom if I would e more comfortable without it on-he wasnt wearing one. Saw a car I liked but unfortunately, it wasn't on the scheme. The car next to it was(though a rad disappointing compared to the 1st one but we liked it. Took it for a rest drive, all good. I thought James said he would call me on Thurs but maybe it was his day off/I got the day wrong-wouldn't be the 1st time-but when he didn't call me Fri, I rang & left a message, - he still hasnt called me! This worried me a bit because if I buy a car from there, he would my liason with Motorbility. We've decided on a different car, different dealership, extras I needed with the Honda car come as standard on the car we've chosen, it's got a bigger engine and is cheaper-and a salesman who has (so far) already done everything he said he would do.
