T. A.My husband and I purchased a New Volvo XC90 on 27th July 2022. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the sale was conducted from beginning to end by a young man who is a upcoming top knotch salesman. His manner, professional attitude and patience (we are oap’s) was second to none. It is rare to find young people now who know how to speak to older people without talking down to them. Ed Kavaliauskas was fantastic. He kept in contact, with us (we had a ‘little’ wait for a new car. A sign of the times!) telling us how the production of the car was coming along etc etc
and was always cheerful and positive. We would like to thank Andy (Ed’s Boss) who helped us through, very successfully, a sticky patch. We are indebted to him.

N. H.After some deliberation I decided a Volvo would be my next vehicle I initially made contact with Steve Wright via a telephone call to show my interest in a V60 cross country they had located in the showroom.
Steve was extremely courteous and provided me with a video and all the details relevant to the vehicle after viewing the video I decided to take a trip to the dealership to to see the vehicle in person, upon my arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Steve and another member of the sales team who provided me with all the relevant information and a test drive.
I would highly recommend Holden Volvo to anybody wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle the high level of customer service and expertise was apparent making the whole purchasing experience a pleasure.
