My iPace had reached its first service interval. I used Inchcape Norwich to carry out the service using their collect and delivery service. The person who arrived to collect the car was courteous and punctual. I received a phone call about 4 hours later saying the car was finished. I also received a safety check video. The car was delivered back fully serviced and cleaned inside and out. Overall a very positive experience.

The whole process was excellent, a test drive of the demonstrator to start with, sourcing a car and getting it to the branch, checking it over before getting me there for a test drive. The hand over was great even with the current restrictions. Richard's communication including a personal video of the car was outstanding.

Obviously the JLR brands are very strong, but the help and assistance I've always received from the team in Norwich has been superb. Was a no-brainer to stick with Jaguar and go for the latest model of F Pace, although we did talk about Land Rover and other models. Having taken the time to identify my essential and desirable features of a car, the Sales Consultant (Tom Skinner) found one at another branch, organised it's transportation to Norwich, and a test drive, before we agreed on the sale. Went to jaguar looking to buy an XF and they had a very good selection on site. I spoke to one of the sales executives called Richard and i couldn't of asked for a nicer gentleman to speak to. When i was asking about the specs of the different cars he knew his stuff and was able to give me a better understanding of each spec XF. I came across a lovely silver XF, and it had just came in and it hadn't been prepped yet as explained by Richard. I left my deposit and Richard was very accommodating arranging a test drive that worked around myself. Took the car for a test drive and i was very impressed by the car and Richards explaining of the different things about the car. When we came back to the dealership there was no hard sell and Richard gave me some time to think about if i wanted the car. I did buy the car and when i picked up the car last Saturday the 2/03/19 the car was ready and it looked even better and Richard again went the extra mile to accommodate me and my son while we finished up the paper work. Would i recommend them yes i would and i will definitely buy another car from them again. So far loving my new car thanks again.

After a quick call to check the car we were interested in was still available we went over to Norwich with the intention of just taking a quick look at the car. The guy we dealt with (Tom) was very pleasant and not at all pushy and after a few preliminaries had arranged a test drive straight away. This turned out to be a substantial drive, (not a quick spin around the block) where all the features and advantages of the car were well demonstrated. We were very satisfied and decided to buy the car. After the decision had been made all the subsequent visits to pay and pick up the car went very well, documentation was carefully explained and the features and functionality of the car was gone into in great detail even to the point of paring the phone to the car. The quality of service I received from H.A Fox Jaguar in Norwich was supremely high. Booking my Jaguar XF in for an all round brake disk & pads renewal was ease itself. My every requirement was discussed and recorded in great detail by the knowledgeable Telephone Service Advisor. The work carried out by the Service Engineer was absolutely faultless and the foyer care I received whilst waiting for the work on my XF to be finished was better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in! The Service Manager who guided me through the entire process was more than helpful throughout and an absolute delight to do business with. I was then sent a video showing the work which the Engineer had completed on my XF and views of the underside of my vehicle which I would never have seen otherwise. Booked car in for annual service. Surprised call diverted to a call centre and unable to speak to staff in Norwich service centre about some minor issues. However, call centre person was very helpful and phoned me back at home to answer my queries. A couple of issues picked up on car and had phone call from Norwich technician explaining what was required. All worked well and car returned next day as cambelt needed changing because of age rather than mileage. Also needed tyre replacing because cut discovered in health check. Unfortunately the video showing issue would not play. This has not happened in past inspections. Overall, a good if somewhat expensive experience.

Severe corrosion had been reported in the rear subframe of the new F Type. My car was no exception and after discussion with Mr Phillip Hayden an investigation was initiated which confirmed the problem. Mr Hayden contacted JLR and negotiated with them on my behalf which resulted in the problem being addressed and the whole rear subframe replaced FOC. This was quite honestly service beyond the call of duty and I cannot praise Inchcape Jaguar enough for their help and kindness with this fabulous car.

Sam P had spent many long hours researching, emailing & speaking to me on the phone to ensure I didn't waste my time. He found me the perfect car and I love it! When we met at the dealership, the car looked fantastic. It drove great and there were very few issues to resolve before I took delivery a week later. You expect a lot from a company like Jaguar- but I feel everyone here goes way beyond "high end car dealership mentality". They made me feel like I belonged there without being condescending or pushy. The dealership are very hard to get a response from. Service emails will take a week or more to get a reply from. If you call them you are in a queuing system for 30 mins plus. On a recent fault visit they forgot to contact me - which led to me not being able to pick the car up and having it to stay overnight. Very poor dealership for a prestigious brand.

On collecting the car it had been washed,dried and interior cleaned. I cannot recommend them enough. I just took delivery of my F pace, and I couldn't be happier, Sam Pullin was the salesman that dealt with me, he worked tirelessly to find the perfect car for me, and boy is it a great car, very happy customer. The only fault I would have.the day after taking delivery of my car, my brother took delivery of his, his was sitting in what the garage called a reveiling room covered over with a nice sheet, a big bouquet of flowers was given to his wife and his name and the car was on the screen on the wall before the sheet was pulled off in the unveiling ceremony, my brother felt very special and I felt a bit envious of his special treatment at this other garage, bearing in mind both cars were used and of similar price.i think jaguar have missed an opportunity there when it comes to customer service.
