My iPace had reached its first service interval. I used Inchcape Norwich to carry out the service using their collect and delivery service. The person who arrived to collect the car was courteous and punctual. I received a phone call about 4 hours later saying the car was finished. I also received a safety check video. The car was delivered back fully serviced and cleaned inside and out. Overall a very positive experience.

Proper service. It feels like a family business and one has been your friend for years. You hear people talking to the reception and management staff like friends. You get a sense of mutual trust. You are treated like a welcome guest and looked after. I was kept informed throughout. Clear indication of what was done and what might need doing in the future. The sort of relationship that simply doesn't exist any more in most of the service world. But this team recognise how important customer care is.

Went to view a used vehicle, and it was a wonderful experience. Keziah was welcoming, knowledgeable and completely lacking in the pushy sales experience that can make this experience horrible. This was my first visit to Inscape Jaguar Norwich, from walking through the door; my wife and I were made to feel welcome. We looked around the showroom and were greeted by Richard Turner, who offered us his help, advice, and drinks. There was no hint of hard sell, just genuine, friendly interest in us and my requirements. The car I was interested was the first jaguar I’ve owned. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered with outstanding knowledge.
It’s easy to say it’s the salesman’s job to be kind and attentive, after all his job is to sell cars. But Richards approach was above and beyond, his patience, and vast knowledge of the car I was interested was outstanding, the whole experience felt great. I’m 56 year old, I’ve been to many a car showroom, I can honestly say, my experience with Jaguar Norwich was outstanding. My wife now has her eye on an F Pace, maybe next time I’ll leave her at home.
I thoroughly recommend Inscape Jaguar Norwich, if you’re thinking about a buying a Jag, ask for Richard, he’s a gentleman.

I attended the showroom to collect my new i-Pace. The sales executive was very attentive and helpful and her colleague who dealt with the finance arrangements was very helpful when validation of my ID went wrong initially. Price was competitive, they gave me a comprehensive summary of the vehicle condition and warned of wearing parts without drama. Booked car in for annual service. Surprised call diverted to a call centre and unable to speak to staff in Norwich service centre about some minor issues. However, call centre person was very helpful and phoned me back at home to answer my queries.
A couple of issues picked up on car and had phone call from Norwich technician explaining what was required.
All worked well and car returned next day as cambelt needed changing because of age rather than mileage. Also needed tyre replacing because cut discovered in health check.
Unfortunately the video showing issue would not play. This has not happened in past inspections.
Overall, a good if somewhat expensive experience.

Jasmine was fantastic over the phone. I am personally in sales, she was asking me all of the right questions, she helped answer all of my questions also, was very prompt to respond and the personalised video was top class . Tom then meeted me when I went to collect the car as Jasmine was off. Tom was really informative about the car, gave me a great demonstration on how everything works and shared loads of great tips when using the car. Unfortunately when cleaning the car I did notice a few marks, used Sales car manager Blake then resolved my concerns straight away. I would certainly use the Norwhich branch again. Jasmine is the best car sales person we have ever dealt with!!
We actually didn't buy a car but she was delightful to deal with and interested to know what we ended up buying and she was so pleased that we achieved a vehicle we were happy with. Severe corrosion had been reported in the rear subframe of the new F Type. My car was no exception and after discussion with Mr Phillip Hayden an investigation was initiated which confirmed the problem.
Mr Hayden contacted JLR and negotiated with them on my behalf which resulted in the problem being addressed and the whole rear subframe replaced FOC. This was quite honestly service beyond the call of duty and I cannot praise Inchcape Jaguar enough for their help and kindness with this fabulous car.

Excellence -as you'd expect! I had high expectations for Jaguar. I made a 300 mile round trip to see a car. Sam P had spent many long hours researching, emailing & speaking to me on the phone to ensure I didn't waste my time. He found me the perfect car and I love it! When we met at the dealership, the car looked fantastic. It drove great and there were very few issues to resolve before I took delivery a week later. You expect a lot from a company like Jaguar- but I feel everyone here goes way beyond "high end car dealership mentality". They made me feel like I belonged there without being condescending or pushy. I'm not an easy customer when it comes to parting with my money- but nothing I could throw at Sam and his team phased them in the slightest. I'm glad I went here. I would work with them again and I'd recommend Sam P to anyone who needs a little extra time or little bit of extra hand holding.

The dealership are very hard to get a response from. Service emails will take a week or more to get a reply from. If you call them you are in a queuing system for 30 mins plus.
On a recent fault visit they forgot to contact me - which led to me not being able to pick the car up and having it to stay overnight.

After spending nearly £62,000 I was very surprised that Jaguar do not now include the full handbook. I have ordered one online but at a cost of £45 I think after buying a new car that this should be included. All though this has nothing to do with the car dealership it is to do with Jaguar/ Land Rover.

Jaguar XF booked in for a service and rectification of 2 faults which had been reported to them previously. Andrew the service adviser talked me through the problems and advised they would contact me to advise the faults and rectification suggestions. This he did and after giving him the go ahead to replace a faulty part the job was completed on time an totally satisfactorily. I received a video health check which was informative.
On collecting the car it had been washed,dried and interior cleaned.
I cannot recommend them enough. Each time I have had a need to visit them the service from a friendly greeting from Kendal the receptionist to the straightforward honest advice from Andrew has been refreshing. I am glad I changed to them from the previous dealer in Suffolk.

When I collected my car I had to go back to reception because they had not reset the service message on the dash also the tyre pressures had not been put to what the car says , also the car has been washed but several parts had been missed so overall not very good for £280 for a small service !

We purchased our car at Inchcape Norwich. After a previous bad experience at Mercedes where no one even bothered to talk to us, we couldn’t of had a more different experience from jaguar. Sam Pullin was immediately very friendly and engaging and seemed genuinely interested in finding what we wanted in a car. He listened to what we required, took the time to explain the difference in the ranges of E Paces available as both my husband and I were not overly sure. He managed to locate our ideal car and got it delivered for us.

I had several test drives of various XE models and Tom spent lots of time with me discussing the various options available, both for the car and for financing it, and he was never pushy in any way.
I was kept informed of the progress of my new Jaguar and everything went smoothly throughout.
The only very slight criticism is that this was my first new car, and being a Jaguar, I was expecting some sort of unveiling ceremony in the showroom on the day of collection but this didn't happen. Maybe my expectations were just a little to high :-)
I have had no experience of the service department yet so can't comment on them, but I can highly recommend the sales department if you are looking to purchase a new car.

A bit of a rotten day weather wise, but we were both greeted with a smile and a warm welcome young Blake dealt with the hand over of keys for the test drive which went very well, and all the following paperwork.
I had a slight problem with a key fob which was whisked away and replaced in no time at all.

Show room was well prepared and laid out due to this damn Covid-19,and a shame the Coffee machine was a no go area.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. We “popped in” just to get details on the E-Pace and ended up booking a test drive from Chris for later in the week. The only fault I would have.the day after taking delivery of my car, my brother took delivery of his, his was sitting in what the garage called a reveiling room covered over with a nice sheet, a big bouquet of flowers was given to his wife and his name and the car was on the screen on the wall before the sheet was pulled off in the unveiling ceremony, my brother felt very special and I felt a bit envious of his special treatment at this other garage, bearing in mind both cars were used and of similar price.i think jaguar have missed an opportunity there when it comes to customer service.
