On the 26th November, my elderly mother had a flat tyre which she could not change herself, she was stranded In the middle of nowhere, in the cold and with no phone etc. One of your employees, Miles, stopped to assist her. He lent her his telephone so she could call myself, I then spoke to miles who assured me he would look after my mother. He let her sit in his vehicle with the heating on while he changed her wheel at the side of the road. I can't thank this gentleman enough for his efforts. Please could you thank him for us.

I ordered a set of mats they were delivered quickly but one of the set was wrong, I contacted Inchcape with the problem and Louise Mayhew sent out a replacement straight away, once this arrived she checked it was correct before getting the other mat collected straight away, the whole experience was very pleasant and efficient. One of the best aftercare services I’ve come across in a long while.

My wife and I have purchased many cars, ranging from mid-market to premium brands. Buying from Sam Pullin was the best experience we have ever had. Our test drive was really well organised. He kept in touch, provided all the information requested clearly and positively. He offered all options and at no stage was he pushy. We did not feel were being ‘sold’ a car as Sam has a very natural approach. We were given time to consider our options and to ask as many questions as we felt were necessary. (I never leave reviews and they are not offering any incentive for people to leave these reviews but I really feel I need to share my experience at Norwich Inchcape)
If you are looking for a Land / Range Rover - I highly recommend The Norwich Inchcape weather your buying used (like me) or brand new.
My car is used 'approved' and yet my experience was made to feel like I was buying brand new.
Samuel Patrick has just helped me find my absolute dream car!
I was so anxious about buying a car on my own but I genuinely have felt like I've had a friend helping me throughout this process.
The experience was so personal from Sam it was truly the definition of five star treatment. (See my photos below)
Being a young female buying a car can be extremely daunting on your own, however my mind has been completely reassured buying from inchcape Norwich that my car is safe, has been through rigorous testing, and is of the highest quality and that the staff are honest, upfront and transparent in every aspect.
I will be the first to admit I am a fussy and impatient customer and Sam has gone above and beyond for me. He found and sourced the exact model in the exact colour scheme, spec, transmission and extras that I have been looking for on my own for over 6 months. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble and no questions too silly for Sam and the communication with him was superb throughout the whole process.
I was given the opportunity to come in and inspect the car with Sam once it was at the Norwich branch before completing the purchase and was able to say what I wanted doing; I asked for the calipers to be painted black to match the alloys and this was done at absolutely no charge ready for when I picked it up. Sam also, very honestly, pointed out some minor paint chips which I might not have noticed on the bumper which he made sure where back to brand new condition ready for pick up also. The car looks brand new.
All of the staff were so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable and not pressured at all, with absolutely no 'sales man tactics', no chasing up and absolutely no pressuring into taking out finance / PCP or leasing like I have received at other car dealerships.
I traded my old car in and this process was very easy also, I was offered a quote after they did a quick look around it and the price they honoured was very competitive (they beat 'we buy any car' by over a few hundred pounds.)
Sam really helped me with every tiny detail that you could think of; from setting up a direct debit to tax the car for me (this was my preferred way to do it), setting up my iphone to connect to the car bluetooth and explaining every single function / button on the car believe it or not even how to change the radio station - I've never had a car with a digital display screen, and also explained the handbreak and the automatic gears to me (my first automatic car) he was very patient and did not rush any aspect of this process for me.
The whole experience from start to finish was just flawless and I cannot find a single fault, everything has far exceeded my expectations tenfold.
When I collected my car Sam had gone to the extra effort of putting a huge bow on the car like in the movies! And my boot was filled with flowers (thank you also to Ruth who works in the warranty dept) I was blown away, I am just beyond grateful.
I'd highly advise anyone visiting inchcape Norwich to ask for Sam Patrick if you want to feel like royalty too :)

Picking up a new Evoque March 1st, actually travelling 136 miles from Burton Upon Trent, spoke to Sam Pullin several weeks ago before I sold my car privately. Good service from Jonathan Hudson, we travelled from Staffordshire as the car fit out bill. He was helpful without being pushy or overpowering, despite 2 other people wanting to view the car. We were allowed plenty of time and all questions answered. When we decided to buy, delivery to Staffordshire when ready was offered which we accepted. We had a hiccup with money between accounts, which delayed delivery but this was all dealt with professionally. Ok here’s my thoughts having purchased a £47k Range Rover from you. After test drive we pointed out that the fridge was dirty and that there were the previous owners private documents left in door compartment. When the car was delivered these had not been addressed. Within 24 hours of delivery the windscreen washer warning light came on and I had to put 5 litres of fluid in the car, plus the passenger windscreen wiper is defective and obviously hadn’t been replaced. Now when one buys a car of this value from a reputable dealer you do expect that these issues have been addressed prior to delivery, disappointing to say the least.

All fine but front windscreen inside was cleaned with dirty rag leaving stains that in the low sun at this time of year so one can hardly see out of it.
To be asked to pay £150 for investigation for a power steering noise which I told them what it was and you gave me a new steering rack 2 1/2 years ago is outrageous. No mention that this charge would be deducted if the job was approved.

Have been dealing with them for many years and have always had great service from caring friendly staff. They are always able to book service and a loan car on a day that suits me. I have always dealt with Nigel and and Mathew Lockwood in sales who I have always found very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles and almost make spending money a pleasure. The only gripe I have had is it is sometimes difficult to get through to the service department, however I believe they have taken on extra staff so that problem should not arise in the future.

Despite booking over a month ahead I had difficulty finding an appointment.
The car was collected and returned by a really helpful and friendly driver. The car had been half washed (the roof was untouched and the car had a dirty band above the windscreen and all the way back). The inside had not been vacuumed.
Despite notifying of a door solenoid issue when I booked, the part was not in stock so I will have to go back to get the issue repaired.
Actual service seems fine and completed in a timely manner.

They brought the car down from another Inchcape dealer in York to get me a car that was a really good match for what I was looking for and I feel positive about the overall deal. I'm not one to usually leave feedback. However, when I come across someone that is an asset to a company then I am much more inclined.
I was deciding between two very different cars to buy. Range Rover or a BMW M4 Competition. After the usual forced sales techniques deployed at BMW (uncomfortable) I called Inchcape LR Norwich and spoke to a pleasant guy called Jonny Hudson.
I advised, at short notice, that I would like to view a RR that they had in stock. Jonny went out of his way to ensure that I could view the car. I took out the 3.0 Diesel and loved the way the car looked inside and out but wasn't certain about the engine. Jonny promptly arranged a test drive of the 4.4 Diesel - a much more energetic engine.
Jonny was knowledgeable, polite and how a Sales Person should be -not pushy, if I want to do business I will do it with the right person and he recognised that. An example of the 4.4 in my preferred spec was not in stock, however Jonny took my details and worked hard to find a car that suited my needs
A didn't buy a car from Inchcape in the end. I decided that the M4 was the car that I wanted (this time), a hard choice. I didn't buy the car from Norwich BMW though on the basis that they were pushy and a little arrogant. The right service gets my business.
I will absolutely buy a RR in the future, I swap my cars fairly regularly. I know that when that day happens I will be purchasing the car through Jonny and Inchcape LR Norwich. An asset to the company and people like this will go very far.

What a great experience! We only walked in to the showroom with mild interest, we were greeted by Keith Richardson of the sales team who provided plenty of information with zero pressure (which after four germanic marques was refreshing) Keith really went the extra mile in talking through all the options and choices, after listening to what my wife was looking for he came up with a couple of possibilities one of which she fell in love with there and then.

Contacted Inchcape Norwich by email expressing my interest and within one hour received a video of the Range Rover Sport with commentary from Keith Richardson followed by a agreeable price for my X5. Quite happy I left a £500.00 reservation fee then ten days later went to the showroom. The service I received from Keith was excellent in every way from the final paperwork through to a comprehensive expanation of the controls of the car ( they even put £50 of fuel in because of the distance I travelled), Have used a BMW main dealer before who thought they were doing me a favour by selling their car but this experience was second to none. well jaguar land rover desperately need a new owner, massive losses , layoffs and land rover reliability consistently at the bottom end of the jd powersurvey etc. inchcape was widely reported as likely to close branches last year. so the staff turnover is to be expected. diesel is not a preferred political motive power just now so not many pro’s. buying a land rover just doesnt stack up unfortunately and unless things improve the outlet may not survive. a pity given their illustrious past and superior off road capability.
