We went for a test drive. Booking by phone was straight forward. The show room was immaculate, staff polite and helpful. We didn't buy after being shown around the car and given the keys for an unlimited, unaccompanied drive around the city.

Swift and pleasant experience. The staff were very attentive and served with a smile. I felt valued. I was offered a different waiting area to cater for the gadgets I was using whilst I waited. Although the hot drinks dispenser could not give me hot water for me to prepare my filtered coffee from home, non the less I was able to get hot milk. Overall experience and service was very good. The online service booking in was simple and straight forward. Once at the dealership the arrival process, the key handover and the introduction to your personal contact was seamless.
I got a call the minute my car was ready and the collection process was just as easy as the drop off.

Very helpful staff at the Norwich Showroom from the start. Explaining in great detail what service my car was due, parts that would need renewing and price. The video clip which was sent of my car on the ramp having an underside inspection was very informative.
Servicing price is incredibly competitive also being offered a courtesy car was beneficial.

My car was collected and returned which was much appreciated as I am self isolating. It was serviced f.o.c. under the terms of my purchase agreement. It was also washed but not as well as I would have expected with dirt marks on some parts of the interior, mud under the sills and dirty windscreen and rear window.

My original service date did not go ahead as the ‘self-checkin system’ failed (I feel this system needs adjusting! I waited 4 hrs until it came to light nobody knew I had even arrived!).
I was then offered an alternative date with collection & delivery service which I accepted. The staff members who came to my home were smart, professional & polite & followed COVID safety procedures.
Regarding my service, the wipers were changed as requested & a ticked check list for the service.

Courtesy clean of the car however wasn't very good but as this is a minor thing I've given 4 stars overall. Just had a Health Check and a few items fixed (parts on order) that are covered by the comprehensive Approved MB Warranty ... My most recent Service Advisor was Connor who was polite, knowledgeable, understanding, professional and the work was completed on time, as promised ... MB Norwich are very thorough and all areas of the business appear to exceed the COVID-19 guidelines (including my car) which is reassuring during these difficult times of a Pandemic. 5 Stars from me!

First of all my Name isn’t Sarah Mower it’s Craig Mower so Mercedes have got that wrong to start with and on the service forms as well that should have been picked up when I went back to collect my car. I couldn’t fault the service on my GLC though so all good from that point.

I got my A class serviced here for the first time. It was easy to get an appointment. When reached, I was promptly served. The service took longer than expected but then I was told there were some unexpected updates due on my car. I’m glad I didn’t wait there for service to finish although the centre offers a nice waiting lounge. Staff was welcoming and cordial. The services are very over priced but hoping that extra money I’m spending, will keep my car health good in long run.

Loan cars never have fuel in, always dirty inside and out, recently the service I’ve received is poor compared to the usual standard I used to get and expect. I asked for various things to be addressed. Some have been ignored, it’s very disappointing considering I’m a good loyal customer.

... Called in without an appointment because my Tyre Pressure warning light came on. Lots of reassuring Covid19 safety measures in place, plenty of sanitation facilities and social distance markings. All staff masked, all desk areas screened and cars locked for safety reasons ... I was seen immediately on arrival by Lesley and within 30 minutes my car was in the workshop. Unfortunately there was a bolt in the tyre which meant it couldn’t be repaired but, fortunately they had the correct tyre in stock! Nice waiting area with coffee facilities - I also purchased some nice lifestyle accessories from the parts department whilst I was waiting! My car was returned “sanitised” in a timely manner considering that i didn’t have an appointment too! 5 Stars from me!

Vehicle health report and video of car tyre and brake Health sent over, and further work required (warranty) booked in on a day that worked for me.
All staff polite and everything fully COVID compliant so you felt safe.

Checked my car in for Service A at 9.40am and received a video health check by 10.30 am telling me and showing the condition of the car underneath including tyres, brakes, exhaust and suspension- all good.
Car was ready for collection at 2.20pm and I was given the option of waiting up to an hour for car to be washed. The cleaners were not available for some reason, so I declined.
The checking in of the car was very well organised and all coronavirus safety measures were in place throughout including the wiping down of all touch points in the car.
A positive experience overall in these difficult times. Thank you

All servicing issues carried out satisfactorily. Warranty issue over MB door sill guards which had fallen off was "eventually" resolved only after my subsequent complaint was brought to the attention of the Service Manager. Issue is ongoing until the defective guards are replaced.

Disappointed with Mercedes. I started to lease a nearly new 2017 Mercedes A Class eight months ago. The car had done about 17,500 miles when I drove it away. I assumed being less than two years old and purchased from Mercedes that the parts on the car would have been checked over and replaced if wear and tear was found. How wrong was I!
The car has just had a B1 service which was going to cost £463. The service has to be completed by Mercedes for reasons to do with the lease. Whilst waiting for the lease to be completed the sales person comes out and informed me that two of the tyres were illegal, the brake discs and pads needed replacing as they were lipped, there was a problem with the back windscreen wiper and a few other things. My £463 service had now turned into a £1080 repair bill.
Shocked I asked how that much wear and tear could happen in less than a year and that I had only driven just under 5500 miles in the car most of which was stop/start in the City.
I was then told that when a used car is sold if the parts are higher than 70% worn nothing is replaced.
By my reckoning either the parts required to be replaced during my service we’re right on the limit when I brought it or Mercedes cars are made using inferior parts.
Moral of this story, if leasing or buying a used nearly new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Norwich make sure you get the vehicle independently checked and any parts identified as worn to an extent the car would nearly be illegal to drive make sure Mercedes repair them before buying the car and driving off otherwise be prepared for a large bill when it goes in for a service.

I rang the Service Department at 8.00am because I had damaged my driver's side mirror on my E Class cabriolet and I was seen at 10.00am. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently. I really thought I would need a new mirror but it was put back together and works perfectly.
I was received by Elisabeth (I assume that is right because she raised the invoice for the job) who checked with me what needed to be done and then Elisabeth and one of your technicians explained what had been done when it had been put back together.

This was my first experience of Mercedes in Norwich and the experience was first class.
The staff were friendly and professional and kept me fully informed throughout my visit to get my vehicle repaired.
I would like to personally thank Cameron ( who fitted my me adaptor) and Lucy Austin who was my personal contact.
The complimentary visual inspection of my vehicle supported with a clear video was excellently done.
The service engineer/s who analysed then repaired my vehicle kept to the cost and timescale of the estimate.

Only negatives are that I felt it was pricey for a Service A and whilst the website says the car will be thoroughly cleaned to a high standard it was washed outside but inside the car was left untidy. For the price paid I feel this should be included as standard and a thorough clean should have been carried out.

I took my Mercedes-Benz CLA in for a service yesterday everything was done to a very high standard and with all Covid procedures in place for a safe experience. My only concern is not with the Norwich dealership but with the Mercedes-Benz make. This is the second brand new car I have had and the first one had a problem and now this one has two problems it’s only a year old and done less than 5000 miles. The dealership are going to get them sorted and the sales person who sold me the car was very apologetic.

Took my car in for a service which I was told would be an hour 1 hour 45 minutes later of sitting around dying of boredom, car finished - no apology from Connor who behaved as though his sleep had just been interrupted.
They had not bothered to wash the car!. This was apparently going to take another hour. I’m guessing that if my car had gone in with a man in tow, the service would have been better???.
Oh and £210 for the privilege.
Will be cancelling the service plan and going elsewhere. Staff attitude is unacceptable.

I was apprehensive about using Mercedes Norwich after a bad experience last year with rude and dismissive staff. What a change! Lesley greeted me with a smile, she was knowledgeable and showed the customer service you would expect from a premium brand. She sorted out an alternative (appropriate) courtesy car, asked and listened to the concerns I had about the car and importantly liaised with her colleagues and got them sorted. Thank you to James Cooling for great service! We live 5 hours from the dealership and seen the car in the internet. We requested a video of the car which was sent within half an hour. The video was in great detail. Obviously committing to buy a car that we had not seen was a risk. However, the service was great. Communication was brilliant, they alway returned calls. We placed a deposit on the car on Monday and we picked it up today. The car was just as described. Beautifully valeted, all service books up to date. James even picked us up from the train station which was a great relief after 5 hours on a train.

I have an excellent SLK 200 which we’ve had from new 2005. It’s in excellent condition but it’s been off road in our garage for the last 2 years.
To get it started I had to put a new battery on it and it started first time. The only thing preventing it going through the MOT was a washer pump and that was it. After sales service.. both members of staff sat glued to the computer screen making no acknowledgement of customers presence. When booking in over the phone I was informed to take my vehicle in at 8am and that the services dept would be shut at 1pm and to make sure I was back in time to pick my car up. The member if staff it was booked in with in shop hadn't told me any different or that they would ring when complete so returned at 12.45 expecting to pick up my car only to he informed it hasn't gone into the garage yet and as I had been given a courtesy car mine wasn't priority.
Service was completed no problems and I had to call 3 hrs later to see if it was ready to be picked up.

My first words to sales manager was I do not intend to spend £20000 but something around £12000 first car shown to me was £25000 ? I suggested they try again to try to get near my £12000 mark this was making hard work of buying a car .Every effort was to persuade me to lease hire again £25000 sorry but had to leave without a deal

Have to say, not to impressed, took in my 20 month old car, had a fault with the roof partially opening then stopping and the same with closing. Called Mercedes and I have to say they got the car in on the day I requested so all good there, looked after well and left the car with them. Went back to collect the car to be told...”opening the roof is a big drain on the battery so we suggest you take the car away and start the car and let it run for a few minutes before trying to open the roof, give the battery time to charge,see how you get on”!...to which I answered NO, I’m not going to be told that my car should need to run before taking the roof down to which the girl said “well, there are a couple of switches I can order as one is only working at 70% and the other at 17%....why oh why not just say it’s faulty and we’ll repair it as still under warranty......anyway, booked it in, job done and works as it should again, just really wish they hadn’t tried to fob me off!!!

Very welcomed plus a prompt service and MOT whilst I waited. The car was cleaned and the whole process took about 2.5 hours so I was more than happy he sent why I have given the dealership 5 stars.
However, as for MB, I am not sure why they feel that they need to charge £20.00 for the use of their lounge though. Elitist and greedy, and surely the profits within the service charge should swallow this cost up?
Note this charge is, I am told, set by MB and not the dealership.
There is a solution, as in the end I opted for the service plan for which the deal is that you can have a free cup of tea whilst you wait! Am I tight, absolutely not but I do get offended if I feel that I am being taken advantage of!
Maybe I will have to swap brands to find out whether Audi or BMW charge to have a cuppa whilst you wait?

Took my car in for the 2nd time for the same faults. Noisey brakes and steamed up headlights. Nothing done so looks like im going to have to live with it. I guess they come out of the factory like it so its standard problems. Also found out my rear tyres are low on the inside edge. Only purchased car from dealer on the 21st November. Still not got my log book. Its been a month. Car never came with the wallet with manuals to operate the media etc.
Not a good experience so far im afraid. I doubt if i will be buying another Mercedes.

Steve came to see me within 5 minutes, we agreed arrangements for letting me know when my car would be ready and a driver was arranged to take me home and collect me. Steve called as promised to let me know the car was ready and a driver was on his way. Much much better than last year when I had to wait all day for a service to be completed. So overall a fantastic improvement on last year. 10 out of 10 all round. Thanks Team .

Things were decidedly shakey in the aftermath of the F1 takeover from Robinson's. However I'm pleased to report that the dust has settled and the excellent standards of service one expects of the Mercedes mark have returned.

Warranty recall booked 10 days in advance, took in only to be told an hour later they did not have the parts for one of the recalls and need it two days instead as parts coming next morning.
4.30pm next day got another call to say not had time to clean it and just noticed needed a new tyre so could i pick up the next morning.
Rang at 9.30 to be told not ready till 11.30.
So unorganised i wont buy another mercedes as cant be done with the hassles.

Sales staff do not return calls ,they informed me vehicle will be at dealership around April.several calls to sales ,I was given the usual response of, not available, very busy but they would be informed that I called.
sales finally contacted me to tell me no diesel vehicles were being made, despite the sales manager and salesperson informing my that it might be June delivery , but I could have the same specification but petrol, I agreed to petrol vehicle. several days later sales person informed me that the petrol vehicle was now not available but they would refund my deposit.
Result no sale,unhappy customer, disappointed wife ,who is in hospital currently with heart problems, altogether a shambles from a premier dealership representing Mercedes Benz.

Service at its very best. On Friday 1st December I travelled up to Norwich from Kent to pick up my elderly and fragile mother to take her back down to Kent. Just as I was approaching Norwich a warning light came on and
I drove straight to Mercedes of Norwich. There I met a Service Team Manager, Luke Rymill. I explained my predicament. Despite it being 0930 and thus a busy time for them starting the day,
Luke immediately arranged for my car, the new E class, to be looked at whilst I had a coffee. Luke then informed me that the problem could be resolved but would take some time. He arranged for a taxi, paid for by Mercedes, to take me to my mothers house and then for a hire car so that I could return to Kent.
Later that evening Luke contacted me to check we had arrived safely and to update me on my car. Luke then kept me updated until a low-loader delivered my car to my house in Kent.
