D. P.Efficient and felt confident my vehicle was in capable hands. Had an hour delay on my arranged pick up time but was treated with coffee and somewhere to sit, and then the bill was reduced as an apology. So, customer service 10 out of 10.

C. D.I part-ex my car and bought A BEV Kona from them. Everything went smoothly. the car delivery driver ran into bus lane and got a ticket on the day the car was delivered to me. It happened 30 mins before the actual delivery took place. Then 4 days later, i got a parking ticket sent to my address regarding previous part-ex car. They are small hassles but they acted promptly. Reynolds Andrew and Sean (sales executive) helped me deal with this quickly and the car delivery company resolved the problem quickly. Thank you all for your helps
