18 Mercedes sprinters in our fleet and regardless of the problems, they have never let us down, mobile breakdown, parts & servicing we have been served by all and the team are second to none, highly recommended. Today we had a breakdown and the mechanic was onsite within the hour. 👍

After much Trawling, disappointment and poor customer service, I finally found the perfect van at a price that seemed too good to be true. I submitted my enquiry that evening in hope. Early the next day, I was contacted by David Wooldridge, of Orwell Truck & Van. Put simply, what a man. So polite and attentive, no hard sell and nothing too much of an issue. I'd lost hope in part exchange of my existing vehicle, as previous salesmen had not seemed interested. However, David not only arranged the part exchange and settlement of my existing finance, but made the whole process stress free. The HP was arranged on the new vehicle, and was even more competitive than expected due to the reasonable PX price offered on my existing vehicle, and the fact that Mercedes Benz finance contributed an extra £1000 for me! The transaction and swap/collection was all arranged and went as smoothly as I could of hoped for, due to David's exceptional organisation and the knowledge and professionalism of Kevin, David's colleague. I'm in the new vehicle now, and I love it! No nasty surprises etc. I would highly recommend Orwell Truck & Van to anyone in the market for a new Van or Tourer. We had a problem with our sprinter based motorhome which is only four months old. The issue was very complicated to sort out. We cannot thank the service manager Mr Crowther enough for his dogged determination to get this sorted for us under warranty. The service technician, Jason, worked miracles technically to sort it. Both these two people and the wider staff team have a fantastic customer service attitude. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Recently bought a Sprinter van from Orwell, David was great, very easy to deal no hard sale at all. I got to view the prepped waiting van and had a deal sorted all within half an hour or so and couldn't be happier with the van and service from David & Orwell.
