I came here after doing the usual research on local companies. Graham the owner met me and although he didn't do "The Salesmans pitch" he was very helpful. After looking at a rather nice Nissan Qashqai I spotted and settled on a very clean Citroen DS3. Its pink but you know what they say.... Real mean can wear pink. The garage then gave it a full MOT and service. I'll be back next year for the MOT. Thanks GFE

Really happy with our new family wagon, good part ex price on our old and tired bus and really surprised on the level of work carried out on the car after agreeing sale. Fresh mot and fully serviced with a couple of other jobs done to before we took it away. I'm fairly certain I won't have an issue with our new car but having previously read the reviews and now seeing how he works I'm certain Graham will help me out if I need him to. 10/10

I will shortly be collecting my second car from GFE and I'm positive this experience will be as good as the first, two years ago - confident enough to leave the review now before I collect! Every time I've spoken to Graham I've found him to be approachable, helpful and honest. After sales is unquestionably brilliant too!! My daughter bought a car there recently. She had an unforeseen issue occur after hours on a bank holiday weekend. I emailed the garage, who, on the bank holiday Sunday, sent a car transporter to drop off the owner's own private car, for my daughter to use ! And take her car back to the garage to correct the problem. That's what I call service :-) ! I also bought a car from there many years ago, which I had for a long happy time. I definitely recommend this garage ! :-)

I can not praise this establishment nearly as much as they deserve. An absolutely amazing sales team who are kind, friendly and thoughtful. Bought a beautiful car of them and whilst I was testing it remarked about slightly worn brakes. Without any excuses simply said that he would replace them for when I pick up the car. Within the first week of driving said car, the clutch started to slip and again without trying to think of excuses simply said that he would fix it. Now today within 1 month of buying the car I have had a new clutch kit and some other little things done at his own expense. I highly recommend this selling and hope he is around for years to come as I WILL be coming back.

After a week of viewing cars around Norfolk we popped in here to look at a Corsa they where advertising, How nice it was after a week of being pestered by salesman to just be left alone to look at the cars ourselves. Nice genuine chap to talk to, Honest and when we agreed to buy the car he said it would go in for an MOT and full service at the garage next door and be ready in a couple of days and thats exactly what he done and even sorted out a couple of the advisories on the MOT. Very happy with daughters new car and the service.

Recently bought our daughters first car from here, Painless dealings from the start, car serviced for us before we took it away. We picked up on a tyre with low tread on out initial visit and the dealer replaced both fronts for us. Couldn't ask him to be any fairer than that. Top marks to a top man, Hope all goes well in the future as its tricky to find a business you can trust.

Bought my first car from here, love the car and never felt pressured in anyway and they let my dad take me out by ourselves on the test drive so I wouldn't feel nervous with one of them in the back of the car. all very relaxed and easy going. love my new car and will definitely go back for my next one.

Ever been to a car dealer and been greeted with....oh got another person really interested in this car and will be here shortly? Then they look at your trade in ...suck their teeth and remark that they cant give that sort of car away but will be happy to take it off your hands for next to nothing? Well that is NOT the service you receive from Costessey car center. Went to look at a car and was under no pressure to buy, in fact Graham was more than happy to let me take the car for an extended test drive unaccompanied. On return there were a couple of defects I was not happy with but Graham was more than happy to have them attended to prior to collecting the car. Sadly a few days after purchase a couple more problems revealed themselves, these were a bad sump gasket leak and a puzzling overheating problem. On contacting Graham to the problem he never batted an eye and said to return the car and he will get it sorted. Collected the car and all appeared to be well, however the overheating reared it's head yet again.....no problem says Graham I will get it looked at. Needless to say he was as good as his word and all was resolved, I have never had such good service from a car dealer in the past and can not recommend Costessey Car Center highly enough.

Thank you to every one who has so far left us genuine, honest reviews based on actual dealings with us, Sadly it seems that it is so easy for other people to leave us reviews that are not true and are only left to try and damage our good reputation. We have been trading now for 8 years in the same place and are not some here today gone tomorrow set up, We are here for the long time and are proud of the customer base we have built up and love seeing the old faces come back with there families because they where happy with there dealings with us. I think google needs to come up with some form of a system to stop people leaving false bad reviews for the sake of damaging reputation. We are a small family business and our reputation matters to us.
