I have just had my caravan serviced by Darren. This is a very friendly and helpful company to have any work done on your caravan. Julian and Darren are very knowledgeable about caravans and will give you good advice for any problems you’re having. As always my service by Darren (a qualified caravan engineer) was done at our storage yard. It was very thorough, I was pleased with the work done and any problems are highlighted by Darren but anything small he will fix it there and then. I have been using this company for years and can’t recommend them highly enough. Well done Norfolk Caravans.

Do not hesitate to purchase from these guys!! The professional sales service and prompt aftercare service received has been second to none. No question has been too much for Julian and Darren gave an extremely thorough run down and explanation of the whole caravan (needed as not towed or done caravanning by my own before, and he helped set up my towing mirrors). These guys are genuine and really do look after you, from sale to aftercare service-and they know what they are talking about-all of which is rare these days. Thank you both for your brilliant work. Me and my kids are now ending our first caravanning holiday (2weeks after purchasing) and we all are totally in love with our caravan!!

Darren from Norfolk caravans has just serviced my Abby archway royale 470. It was done at my home and what an excellent service they give you. Polite courtesy and professionalism. Brought a caravan here last October very fair company to deal with had a problem with it 5 months down the line Darren repaired it after look down and done the work to a excellent standard would highly recommend this place for all repairs and servicing and to buy your next caravan they are very friendly and helpful you don't find places like this very often nowadays
