C. W.Phoned up on a Friday at 5.30pm . Sliding door on T6 wouldn’t close shut/ wouldn’t catch so couldn’t use the family car. Helpful lady apologised that couldn’t do anything now and asked if we had contacted VW Assist......we hadn’t thought of that. Contacted them , and someone phoned back shortly. Talked us through a couple of possible fixes, and all sorted and door now locking properly. Family car back on the road.
Full marks for customer service from the lady who answered the phone call. Empathised with our situation and genuinely wanted to help......which she did. Thank you.
