The first time I walked into the garage I was greeted by the manager that was very polite and treated me with the up most respect. On that occasion I didn't purchase a vehicle not from the service I received simply due to my budget, that was several years ago. Very recently my budget had changed, and the first place I went to was Vulcan motor company, simply because of the way I was treated in tne past, and that stayed with me, outstanding customers service I'm actually finding it difficult to think of a similar or any business that I have dealt with the same level of customer service that I have received here. I wasn't hassled into buy anything, a very relaxing experience. Yes I purchase a vehicle from them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I would definitely buy from them again. They have vehicles that suit a range of budgets. The is a a disabled entrance capark to the rear the premises. It was a pleasure to buy from them, I just wish I had the same experience every where I shop...

I feel like I need to post my comment on every social media platform of the VMC. In September 2021, we were introduced to VMC and decided to try their service. Even though we did not book an appointment and went straight to the venue, the manager warmly welcomed us and was extremely helpful and kind in showing us the cars, providing the detailed information of the cars to let us do a comprehensive check. The next day we agreed on a time for a test drive. Unfortunately, we went the wrong way and reached 20 minutes late. The manager waited for us patiently and we closed the deal that day. To be very honest, his evaluation of our cars was entirely fair and reasonable. He finished the MOT of the vehicle before handing it to us and it was stated in the MOT report that he replaced two worn tires for us! We are very happy and satisfied with the brand new front tires and a completely clean and sanitized car. I believe this will not be my last purchase of a vehicle. The next time I am thinking about purchasing a car, I always think of VMC and Matthew first. I will always remember how happy and relieved we were to close the deal in September 2021! When we first arrived at Vulcan Motor Company I really liked the fact that, after Matthew greeted us and offered help if we required it, he left us to just browse the cars alone. I was impressed by this no pressure environment and other companies could learn from this. We returned a few days later and I purchased a Nissan Note. The MOT carried out before collection showed an advisory for one of the front tyres. Matthew had this tyre replaced for me, which he didn't have to do. A few days later, a problem developed with the ignition barrel. After contacting Matthew and taking the car back for inspection, he swiftly arranged for the part to be replaced with the local Nissan dealer. I would definitely recommend Vulcan Motor Company. Just a good, straight-forward and no nonsense car dealership.

Recently purchase a car from Matthew and did a part exchange with my old car. Bought my Nissan from Vulcan motor company. There was a few teething problems with the car but i think this was just bad luck and these things happen. The salesman Matthew was really helpful and they responded to my concerns quickly and took me at face value. Can't speak highly enough of Matthew, one of the owners at VMC, so a definite 5*s from me. I found a car on the VMC site during lockdown and although I wasn't able to view it immediately as the dealership was still prevented from operating, Matthew answered all the questions I asked about the car and talked me through the ownership and service history of it, which was reassuring to the extent I paid a deposit to hold the car for me, and effectively bought it sight unseen apart from the extensive pictures of it on the VMC website listing. I'm very pleased I did so as there was apparently a lot of interest in it, so sometimes you have to trust who you're dealing with at face value and go with your gut instinct to get what you want. At the PDI several issues were identified as required to get the car through the MOT and VMC organised the necessary repairs using manufacturer (Porsche) OEM parts. Matthew also organised a Gold Standard full mechanical warranty on the vehicle for me at a good price. On collection the vehicle was ready for me and had been valeted. Handover was smooth and efficient. Couldn't ask for any more from a dealer really and can't thank Matthew enough for his time and patience answering all my questions fully and helpfully. I'd say, based on my experience, VMC are a very good motor dealer to do business with. Customer service, experience and satisfaction is top of their list. Hope this reassures other potential buyers of used vehicles from VMC!

September 2020 I bought a Mercedes B class car from VMC, and have to say I've been extremely happy with it, the car system told me it was due for a "Mercedes C service", so booked it in to my local garage for this service. The service was carried out yesterday , on collection I was told without me asking without any prompting .. Only happened upon Vulcan Motor Company purely by chance as in the past have dealt mainly with Main Dealers. I wanted a Citroen Berlingo to replace a rather old one that I had, and noticed that they had one in stock, so I phoned and asked if it was still available. I spoke to Matthew, who asked if I would like to view it and we arranged a convenient date and time. I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and knowledgeable welcome that I was given. The vehicle had been cleaned ready for my viewing and I was left to look over it, with no pressure or interference from Matthew. It was a really nice vehicle and well prepared. I agreed to purchase and we agreed on a date when I would take delivery. It required a service and MOT, which were done, during the course of which a number of items were picked up. Matthew kept me informed every step of the way with the progress of the work being done. Even to the extent of sending me photos, showing components which had been replaced. Something that other dealers should well take note of !! I duly picked the car up, which had been very well prepared ready for handover. The paperwork was all ready for me and it was only a short time before I was driving my new car home. The whole experience from start to finish was EXCELLENT and I cannot praise Matthew and VMC high enough. Really pleasant experience with Vulcan last week. I popped in to have a look at Honda Civic and drove up from London. The sales manager Matthew had the car ready and left me to look around as I pleased. He showed a lot of pride in the way the business is run and the care they undertake and the quality of the cars were top notch. After paying the deposit he very promptly had the car MOT'd and serviced ready for me to pick up on the weekend. There was a slight issue with the tyre pressure indicator on my drive home which Matthew advised was perhaps due to the wheels being aligned whilst servicing and advised how to rectify it once I was home which worked as expected. He was even courteous to give me a call on Monday and follow-up. All in all a great experience. The best used-car buying experience I've had. I bought a used car from Matthew at Vulcan Motors this weekend. When I went to the lot Matthew introduced himself, showed me around the car, explained it's history and then left me with the keys to inspect and test drive the car at my own pace. The car itself was excellent, and incredibly well-priced. I agreed to buy the car on its merits and at no point did I feel pressured or as though I was being sold to. Despite the relatively low value Matthew had the car fully MOT'ed, serviced to the manufacturer's specs, perfectly cleaned inside and out and sent me off with 2/3 of a tank of diesel (all free of charge). I can't think of much else that would have improved the overall buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew or Vulcan motors.

After I had been on my test drive I was offered various ways of paying, all in a very courteous manner, so really find the one and ONLY one star review on here to be highly innacurate of my experience.
