R.I recently purchased my first car from Walters Motor Group and cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service, in particular Jay Robinson who looked after me really well and gave me expert advice with regular updates about how my vehicle was progressing along the way. All staff are extremely professional + accommodating and really care about thier customers and have a wealth of knowledge. They also carry out full servicing and MOT for the vehicle you purchase as standard so you can go away knowing everything is taken care of. Excellent 5 star service! Cannot recommend enough.

The process was straightforward and efficient, and Jack was a very professional young man, explaining the process at each stage. We had a test drive on our own, which is a vital part of our selection process. We give him full marks. The only thing that very slightly disappointed us was the first offer on our car. We had already had offers of £400 - £500 more than Walters offered us, Still, with our background knowledge, we were able to achieve the correct price.

Our phone enquiry was dealt with by Jack Church who then arranged a viewing and test drive. We decided to purchase the vehicle and Jack talked us through all the options and warranties and made it all very clear and precise. We requested that a couple of items be checked, he then arranged for the full service to be carried out and the MOT. It was then valeted and a date and time was arranged for it to be collected. Jack has kept us fully informed during this process. He is an asset to the company. Thoroughly recommended it has been a pleasure dealing with them and we would use them again
