S. M.I can only give this rating based on my initial experience. I took a car in on behalf of a housebound friend that couldn’t do it for herself. Richard at Norwich was very helpful and we received a good price for the car. I had heard very negative reviews beforehand but I was very pleased with my dealings, however I am a bit sceptical about the payment of the vehicle as it is a bit of a wait as it is now a bank holiday weekend so we have a whole week to wait for the payment. I only hope that it is received in time with no problems. I would hate for someone to trust in me for webuyanycar to let us down 🤞

Slightly less than I’d had the valuation online but only a few hundred quid given I sold a two year old Mercedes GLC to them. As long as you’ve read the fine print which is writ large if you review the website etc. You know what to expect. If you think the cars worth more then walk away no fuss.

Heard only bad things but don't listen to them. Person working there Richard was friendly and managed to meet us somewhere between what we wanted for the car and what they wanted to pay. Price was fair and deductions seemed reasonable. If they knock £38 for something that you know costs £30 then so be it. Reasonable prices and money within an hour. It's a business and they are there to make money if you don't like it out up with tyre kickers instead.......

r. G.On my 14 month old Jaguar XF S 3.0 Diesel Portfolio, I was offered £27500 by four different dealers. 'Webuy' offered £29000 so made an appointment and did the deal. There were four small stone chips damage for which they deducted £328, about the cost I would have to pay to have them fixed. Apart from that it was as new, in Italian Racing Red/Ivory Leather. So my experience is totally positive. Plus it all took 40 mins and so much better than haggling in a dealership when they know you want one their cars. Just before me they took in a Bentley Continental and another 3 month old Jaguar. They have a good business model and it's the way to go when selling a car.

C. b.Sold my 11plate Saab 93 to them, mind you although the price quoted went down due to their obsession for every little scratch, I have managed to get a better price than the place I got the car from. Do stand your ground tho, is your car after all but if you want selling it must lower your expectations on what you can get for it within such a small time frame? I have had my doubts but, I have signed the papers on Sun and got my money in the bank on Weds, that really really helped! Thank you
