Fabulous customer service! Alex was great. Excellent knowledge of the car we wanted including technical spec and previous history. When it came to buying the car he was honest and upfront about everything included in the sale. At no point did I ever feel like I was being ripped off. I would not hesitate to recommend AT Cars to anyone that wanted to buy a car. Alex is definitely a credit to the business! Thanks for making the whole process so easy. He also called to check that we were happy with everything a week after we bought the car which I thought was great.

I recently bought a Saab estate from AT Cars and cannot fault the service so far. Very pleasant and helpful people to deal with, and they have restored my faith in used car dealerships. The car developed an unforeseen fault but this was rectified as quickly as possible - actually within 24 hrs. Very fair part exchange deal, and they stand by what they sell, with excellent after sales service. I would certainly recommend this dealership, and will buy from them again in the future. We needed to replace our people carrier and decided to look at a Renault Espace from AT Cars. This was the first time we have bought a car from a dealership and Angelo was very helpful and straight forward about the vehicle. There were a few minor issues which Angelo made sure were sorted out before we collected it. He even called us a couple of times the following week to make sure every thing was OK and to remind us to get in touch if there were any problems. Angelo was recommended to me by a friend , I was looking for a Grancabrio Maserati left hand drive, spoke to Angelo and within 10 days he called me back with car , offered to drive car to London with no obligation. The car was exactly as described . We closed the deal and Angelo also took me for lunch in Mayfair at he’s friend restaurant, I deal with very top people every day and I put Angelo right at the top, he’s a very cool guy with lots of interesting connections and you get exactly what’s on the label , very smart business man . Recently bought a Smart from AT Cars. Nice people to deal with. They wouldn't let the car go without a years MOT so I had to go back by train to pick it up but they picked me up from the station promptly. In my many years of buying secondhand cars from dealers I am impressed. As for the negative reviews here I do not recognise ANY of them to be in any way similar to my experience at AT Cars. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car who wants to deal with straight, pleasant people.

Purchased a lovely Alfa romeo mito from at cars in January 2017, Angelo the car dealer was friendly and helpful, my car developed a small suspension problem shortly after purchase that as a wear and tear item was not covered by the warranty even so Angelo kindly paid for half of the repair which was very nice . I have no problem recommending this car dealership to anyone . Over all I found the whole experience really good, thanks Angelo

Richard was very helpful when I first contacted him on the phone having looked online first. I mentioned the car and the price I was interested in and he immediately told me the price had been reduced by £800 (he didn't have to but was upfront about it). Richard was a great chap to deal with and the car is performing like a dream. I feel confident if something does go wrong I won't have any problems with this garage.

I bought a beautiful BMW 520 from AT cars. The car was in excellent condition and apart from a couple of defects which AT cars sorted before I bought it, it seemed perfect. After a few days a rattle occurred in the engine and it turned out that the timing belt was damaged and needed replacing. this is a £4000 repair if you went direct to BMW. AT cars although shocked that this had happened immediately took full responsibility for the issue. They used a local garage and bought genuine BMW parts and carried out the repair work at no cost to me. The way that they dealt with the problems and their customer care was excellent. I have read the other reviews here and it seem like they are talking about another garage. Would I recommend them, yes I definitely would, All used cars are liable to have issues but its how those issues are handled that makes a good car dealership great.

Great guys who dealt with an unexpected issue excellently Bought an RS4 from Charles at Nottingham car - car was in superb condition. Brakes had had new pads but when bedded in the discs were worn but after a short conversation Charles sorted out new discs to my satisfaction. Would deal with him again when it’s time to change

Great dealership, brought a Citreon DS3 DSport Plus from here a few weeks ago, called up to book a test drive in, was able to take the car out for a 10 minute drive, upon returning to the dealership 15 minutes later the car was mine and Chris the salesman even put through the tax for me so i could drive away same day. A couple of weeks later i did have an issues with the car which they got in very quickly and sorted it out over night, the car was under warranty but i still expeceted some kind of labor cost, Chris said no costs they will be covering it, very happy with this service and would gladly recommend to friends and family.

Was looking for a replacment car for my rather exhausted old Zafira that had expired ....found a rather nice looking BMW advertised by AT Cars and arranged to go and view, we was given a very friendly greating and had plenty of time and freedom to crawl allover the car which we did , then offerd a test drive , we noted a few minor things that we would like sorting out, these were all sorted when we picked the car up , (oh forgot to say we bought the car lol) the car was presented very well when we picked it up, very pleased, I did have one problem a few days after picking the car up, the battery failed, and as I live a fair distance from AT Cars I had to buy a battery to stay mobile, my local garage supplied and fitted a new battery, when I contacted AT Cars to let them know what had happend they said they were sorry to here I had had a problem and without a buy or leave said they would pay for the replacment battery , it doesnt get any fairer than that..I am very pleased with the car which with my private number plate on looks and drives like a much newer car. To sum up, frendly dealer, good service , and a fellow classic car collector, (you might even get to see some of the classics if you ask nicley.... ) loving the car, would deffinatly go here again Thank you Dave
